Munich. In the comedy at the Bayerischer Hof in Munich on Saturday, November 9th, 2024, you will be thoroughly entertained for two whole hours by the play "The Soul Queens and the Jags from the Crown. Big voices... and small problems". They are the incomparable icons of the golden age of soul from Aretha Franklin, The Supremes and The Three Degrees. The greatest hits belong in the repertoire of “The Soul Queens”. After the three women have separated, despite their former "irreconcilable differences", they get together again for a lavish fee in order to sing together at the 50th birthday party of what was once their biggest fan. However, the trio's dress rehearsal is already a disaster. The harmony of the first songs becomes a catastrophe for the “Soul Queens”, right? Is there possibly a happy ending?

Together with a funny story, the trio's interpretation of legendary music becomes a comedy
The main characters in the play are Miss Arma Geddon played by Lipa Majstrovic, Miss Catie Strophy played by Alexandra Sieber and Miss Dee Saster played by Corina Kast. The choreography was done by Corina Kast and the director was none other than Michael Taschen.
Lipa Majstrovic, Corina Kast and Alexandra Sieber and band bring the mega hits of the soul era to the stage. The band features Paul Tietze on bass, Wolfgang Schädlich on keyboards, Roland Bürger on guitar and drummer Tommy Eberhardt provides rhythm.
A great musical experience embedded in funny situations.
