Emmy-winning Jessica Lange is honored by the city of Munich for her contributions to film art and receives this year's CineMerit Award. The Oscar winner Jessica Lange (she turned 75 in April) is expected in person in Munich. The 41st Munich Film Festival starts on June 28, 2024. In connection with the award, Jessica Lange will show a selection of her personal photographic works at the German Theater Museum. Are you wondering who Jessica Lange is? AN EVENING WITH JESSICA LANGE IN MUNICH
To mark the occasion, FILMFEST MÜNCHEN is showing three films selected by award winner Jessica Lange herself. They are her favorite titles from her great Hollywood career.
The winner will also be live on stage at the CineMerit Award ceremony.

Jessica Lange has selected some photographs from her current illustrated book “Dérive” for the Munich exhibition. The photo exhibition will be presented in the German Theater Museum in Munich for a whole three months - for the first time in Germany!
