The search for the source of the European tour rumor leads to the British tabloid "The Sun": The Rolling Stones will embark on their European tour, as revealed by the band's live pianist, Chuck Leavell, in a column for the English newspaper "The Sun." As Rolling Stone magazine reported yesterday, the rock stars of the Rolling Stones will be coming to Munich in 2026.
Sir Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, and the youngest among them, Ronnie Wood, will rock Munich on their 2026 European tour! This was reportedly hinted at by pianist Chuck Leavell.

The Munich daily newspapers (TZ, Merkur) announced just over 20 hours ago that Munich is on the Rolling Stones' European tour schedule for 2026.
This would mark the 12th time the Rolling Stones have performed in the Bavarian capital, following concerts in 1965, 1973, 1976, 1982, 1990, 1995, 1998, 2003, 2006, 2017, and 2022... and the Allianz Arena has "plenty of room"!!!
After the massive "Hackney Diamonds" tour through the States, where the Rolling Stones played a total of 20 concerts, Europe would once again be Stones territory – and:
Munich, with its Allianz Arena,would be a worthy venue for a
mega-concert by the Rolling Stones!
London's Metropolis Studio - New Rolling Stones Album Announced for Spring 2026
The 13 new songs, recorded in spring 2025 at London's Metropolis Studio and slated for release on the 2026 album, will likely be released to coincide with the start of the band's European tour.
