Coburg Weihnachtsmarkt. The magic of Christmas draws crowds to many cities during the Advent season. A truly special event is "Christmas Magic by the Tracks" in Coburg. This "Winter Magic - By the Tracks" was inspired by the British event "Christmas Lights Switch-On," which marks the start of the Advent season in England. The organizers were inspired by Coburg's historical connection with the United Kingdom, where the Christmas lights are switched on in mid-November.

Lightning Festival with Christmas tree and festive lighting of the halls and grounds
The four-day Coburg Christmas Market in Coburg's historic parcel hall and the illuminated outdoor area heralds the romantic pre-Christmas season. Railway enthusiasts will look forward to visiting the old halls and enjoying the food trucks, bar, and all kinds of treats.
