Hanover: Hard rock band Scorpions on tour across Europe in 2025

A German hard rock band from Hanover - on July 5th, 2025 the Scorpions will celebrate their 60th band anniversary in the Heinz von Heiden Arena in Hanover

Hanover (Lower Saxony, Germany). “Rock You Like a Hurricane” from this track alone, everyone knows which hard rock band played it. The Scorpions are now 60 years old as a band and are coming live to the football stadium in their hometown on July 5th. The official website of the rock formation SCORPIONS, founded in Hanover, announces the tour plan for the anniversary year 2025; These include 17 concerts in Europe from June 4th to July 24th, 2025. The rock band SCORPIONS was founded in 1965 by Rudolf Schenker as Nameless in Hanover and released their first music album in 1972.  Singer Klaus Meine (born May 25, 1948 in Hanover) wrote many of the lyrics and has also been involved in songwriting since the late 1980s. The upcoming concerts will include Klaus Meine (vocals), Rudolf Schenker (guitar), Matthias Jabs (guitar), Mikkey Dee (drums) and Paweł Mąciwoda (bass). In the 1970s, Uli Jon Roth shaped the band, Michael Schenker was also part of the line-up twice and Herman Rarebell - Herman ze German - was a drummer member of the hard rock band Scorpions from 1977 to 1994.

SCORPIONS ARE THE MOST FAMOUS GERMAN HARD ROCK BAND
