The Christmas campaign “Post for the Christ Child” in Munich Cathedral
On December 21st from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and December 24th - on Christmas Eve - from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., mail can be placed in the manger in the cathedral (Italiano, Deutsch, English)
Munich. A nice idea for children and families is the “Post for the Christ Child” campaign. Today, on December 21st, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Christmas Eve, December 24th, 2024, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., the letters to the Christ child can be placed in a nativity scene in the cathedral of the state capital Munich. Last year, a child left a letter of wish in the Frauenkirche in Munich and asked that it be forwarded to the Christ Child. The idea was born: before Christmas, everyone could write down their wishes and greetings on site or bring them with them and place them in the nativity scene in the cathedral.
