Munich - Amphitheater in the Munich Olympic Park. Yes, that's right, the Olympic Park in Munich is the place to celebrate this summer for the THEATRON MUSIK SUMMER. The Theatron is one of the longest free music festivals in the world and has been established in the amphitheater on Lake Olympia since the 1970s until today. Newcomers and established bands play here from August 8th to 25th, 2024 in the park's amphitheater. A total of 46 bands, solo artists and even entire orchestras have registered for the lake stage. On 18 summer festival days, Munich residents and guests from all over the world will hear every style of music from classical to jazz, pop, rock and hip hop - they come from Munich and the region but we also expect international acts. The patron will again be Mayor Dieter Reiter in 2024.
