2 600 visiteurs ont célébré le 20e anniversaire du musée Frieder Burda

Exposition « I Feel the Earth Whisper » jusqu'au 3 novembre 2024

Baden-Baden. L'architecture de la maison inspire les artistes et les visiteurs du monde entier. Richard Meier a conçu le bâtiment du musée situé dans la célèbre Lichtentaler Allee, qui combine les limites de l'extérieur et de l'intérieur. L'exposition « I Feel the Earth Whisper » - jusqu'au 3 novembre 20204 - reprend cette interaction entre intérieur et extérieur, entre art et architecture et entre culture et nature. Cette interaction d'œuvres d'art de Bianca Bondi, Julian Charrière, Sam Falls et Ernesto Neto transcende les frontières des espaces et a été organisée par les historiens de l'art accomplis Patricia Kamp et Jérôme Sans. Cette année, plus de 2 600 visiteurs ont célébré le 20e anniversaire du Musée Frieder Burda lors d'une journée pleine de surprises créatives et de moments artistiques intenses dans le cadre de l'exposition « I Feel the Earth Whisper ».

Ausstellung „I Feel the Earth Whisper“ bis 03. November 2024

Baden-Baden. Die Architektur des Hauses begeistert Künstler und Besucher aus aller Welt. Richard Meier entwarf den Museum-Bau in der berühmten Lichtentaler Allee, der die  Grenzen des Draußen und Innen vereint. Die Ausstellung „I Feel the Earth Whisper“ - noch bis zum 03. November 20204 - nimmt dieses Wechselspiel zwischen Innen und Außen, zwischen Kunst und Architektur sowie zwischen Kultur und Natur wieder auf. Dieses Wechselspiel der Kunstwerke von Bianca Bondi, Julian Charrière, Sam Falls und Ernesto Neto überschreitet die Grenzen der Räume und wurde von den versierten Kunsthistorikern Patricia Kamp und Jérôme Sans kuratiert. Heuer feierten über 2600 Besucherinnen und Besucher das 20-jährige Jubiläum des Museum Frieder Burda an einem Tag  voller kreativer Überraschungen und intensiver Kunstmomente in der Aussellung „I Feel the Earth Whisper“.

Die Jubiläumsausstellung „I Feel the Earth Whisper“ endet am 3. November!

Der goldene Oktober bringt warme Farben in die Lichtentaler Allee und lädt nach oder vor dem Museumsbesuch zu einem Spaziergang durch die charmante Baden-Badener Altstadt und entlang des Flüsschens Oos ein.

Museum Frieder Burda: Foundation and family, house and team are looking forward to "promising changes" in the spirit of the museum's 20th anniversary year

 

Baden-Baden. The Frieder Burda Museum is bringing two museum experts into the management of the Frieder Burda Museum. With Daniel Zamani, who was previously curator and collection manager at the Barberini Museum, and Florian Trott, who is currently commercial director and member of the board of the Staatliche Kunsthalle Karlsruhe, a new leader with double expertise will move to the Frieder Burda Museum in Baden-Baden . Both experts will also be appointed to the board of the Frieder Burda Foundation, where they will organize events in the museum together with Elke Burda and son Dominic Kamp.  Daniel Zamanis will consistently develop the house's program. Florian Trott will manage all commercial, administrative and personnel matters at the house and will design the museum's communicative processes together with Daniel Zamani. The aim is to “further sharpen the profile of the house and realize exhibition projects from classical modernism to contemporary art”, which the outgoing director Henning Schaper has done so far with excellent expertise. Zamani took up his position on July 1st and Trott will enrich the museum on October 1st, 2024.

Over the last 7 years, Henning Schaper has directed important and successful exhibitions such as

•     “James Turrell – The Substance of Light” (2018),
•      “Impressionism in Russia. Departure for the avant-garde” (2021)
•     or “Value and change of corals. Christine and Margaret Wertheim” (2021)

Connections and networks on different levels

The museum will expand national and international cooperation for exhibitions with other cultural institutions. France and the donor Frieder Burda's affinity for the neighboring country will ensure that the exhibition organizers expand their focus on the Parisian avant-garde.

 

The first show that Daniel Zamani will curate at the Museum Frieder Burda

This is a retrospective of the Japanese star artist Yoshitomo Nara (starting in November 2024), which Zamani is creating in collaboration with the Guggenheim Bilbao and the Hayward Gallery in London.

Museum Frieder Burda: Stiftung und Familie, Haus und Team freuen sich auf "vielversprechende Veränderungen" im Zeichen des 20. Jubiläumsjahres des Museums

 

Baden-Baden. Das Museum Frieder Burda holt zwei Museumsexperten in die Leitung des Museums Frieder Burda. Mit  Daniel Zamani, der bislang als Kurator und Sammlungsleiter am Museum Barberini war, und Florian Trott,  der aktuell kaufmännischer Geschäftsführer und Mitglied des Vorstands der Staatlichen Kunsthalle Karlsruhe ist, wird mit doppelter Kompetenz eine neue Spitze an das Museum Frieder Burda in Baden-Baden ziehen. Beide Experten werden außerdem in den Vorstand der Stiftung Frieder Burda berufen, wo sie zusammen mit Elke Burda und Sohn Dominic Kamp das Geschehen im Museum organisieren.  Daniel Zamanis wird die Programmatik des Hauses konsequent weiterentwickeln. Florian Trott wird alle kaufmännischen, administrativen und personellen Geschicke des Hauses leiten sowie die kommunikativen Prozesse des Museums gemeinsam mit Daniel Zamani gestalten. Man möchte das "Profil des Hauses weiter schärfen und Ausstellungsprojekte von der Klassischen Moderne bis zur Gegenwartskunst realisieren", was der scheidende Direktor Henning Schaper bislang mit ausgezeichneter Expertise auch tat. Zamani hat seine Stellung bereits am 1. Juli eingenommen und Trott wird zum 1. Oktober 2024 das Museum bereichern.

Henning Schaper leitete in den letzten 7 Jahren bedeutende und erfolgreiche Ausstellungen wie

• oder auch „Wert und Wandel der Korallen. Christine und Margaret Wertheim“ (2021)

Verbindungen und Vernetzungen auf verschiedenen Ebenen

Das Museum wird nationale und internationale Kooperationen für Ausstellungen mit anderen Kulturinstitutionen ausbauen. Frankreich und die Affinität des Stifters Frieder Burda zum Nachbarland werden für einen erweiterten Fokus der Ausstellungsmacher auf die  Pariser Avantgarde sorgen.

Baden-Baden. In a rapidly changing world, the Frieder Burda Museum invites visitors to pause with the current exhibition "I Feel the Earth Whisper". The aim is to “explore the beauty of the natural world and our profound connection to it,” say the organizers. The works of Bianca Bondi, Julian Charrière, Sam Falls and Ernesto Neto capture the complex environmental scenarios. Museum visitors can empathize with nature, forests and ecosystems. The artists approach the earth in a caring manner and tell true “planetary” love stories. Bianca Bondi, Julian Charrière, Sam Falls and Ernesto Neto are exhibiting together for the first time. The works of art take on new perspectives in the interplay of light and nature, of the museum building and the park landscape. Richard Meier's museum building brings together outdoor and indoor spaces and creates a dynamic, immersive environment. Large windows and high walls have been bringing a new museum exhibition aesthetic to Baden-Baden for 20 years.

Baden-Baden. Dans un monde en évolution rapide, le musée Frieder Burda invite les visiteurs à faire une pause avec l'exposition actuelle « I Feel the Earth Whisper » (Je sens le murmure de la Terre). L'objectif est « d'explorer la beauté du monde naturel et notre lien profond avec celui-ci », déclarent les organisateurs. Les travaux de Bianca Bondi, Julian Charrière, Sam Falls et Ernesto Neto capturent des scénarios environnementaux complexes. Les visiteurs du musée peuvent sympathiser avec la nature, les forêts et les écosystèmes. Les artistes abordent la terre avec bienveillance et racontent de véritables histoires d'amour « planétaires ». Bianca Bondi, Julian Charrière, Sam Falls et Ernesto Neto exposent ensemble pour la première fois. Les œuvres d'art prennent de nouvelles perspectives dans l'interaction de la lumière et de la nature, du bâtiment du musée et du paysage du parc. Frieder Burda, collectionneur allemand qui entretenait des liens étroits avec les artistes et penseurs les plus importants de sa génération, a créé son musée à taille humaine. Baden-Baden. In einer sich rasant verändernden Welt lädt das Museum Frieder Burda mit der aktuellen Ausstellung "I Feel the Earth Whisper" die Besucher dazu ein innezuhalten. Man möge der "Schönheit der natürlichen Welt und unserer tiefgreifenden Verbundenheit mit ihr nachzuspüren", so die Veranstalter. Die Arbeiten von Bianca Bondi, Julian Charrière, Sam Falls und Ernesto Neto erfassen die vielschichtigen Umwelt-Szenarien. Die Museumsbesucher können sich in die Natur, die Wälder und Ökosysteme einfühlen. Die Künstler nähern sich fürsorglichen der Erde und erzählen wahre „planetare“ Liebesgeschichten. Nahe den Grenzen zu Frankreich und der Schweiz gelegen, hat das Museum seinen Sitz im Schwarzwald, einer Region, in der seit jeher Sagen und Mythen überliefert wurden. In Anlehnung an die einzigartige Geschichte des Museums und seine Lage in Baden-Baden, einer Stadt, die mit ihren mineralienreichen

The 20th anniversary of the Frieder Burda Museum is being celebrated in Baden-Baden with the exhibition I Feel the Earth Whisper - the museum invites you to a colorful evening in and on Friday, June 14, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m Museum in - exhibition duration from June 15th to November 3rd, 2024! Baden-Baden. There is a celebration in Baden-Baden! The opening of the anniversary exhibition I FEEL THE EARTH WHISPER. BIANCA BONDI - JULIAN CHARRIÈRE - SAM FALLS - ERNESTO NETO at the Frieder Burda Museum will be an event for the whole family on the afternoon of June 14, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. There is music and entertainment, which also takes place outside if the weather is good. ENTRY is FREE on this opening afternoon! The artists will be there too! The curators of the anniversary exhibition are Patricia Kamp and Jérôme Sans.  ART - NATURE and SPORT: The opening game between Germany and Scotland in Munich can be seen in the EM LIVE STREAMING following the beautiful afternoon in the Café Kunsthalle. The exhibition will run for a few months: from June 15th to November 3rd, 2024!

20 years of Museum Frieder Burda - I Feel the Earth Whisper

For the 20th anniversary, the curators Patricia Kamp and Jérôme Sans traced the founding of the museum and worked out the ideas of its founder. The architecture of the museum building designed by Richard Meier on the famous Lichtentaler Allee is truly unique. Anyone who strolls through the rooms of the museum will here and there see a view of the outside world, which is reduced to an impression of art in the exhibits. It is an interplay of perception and invites you to view art.

The exhibition I Feel the Earth Whisper focuses perception on the connection between inside and outside, art and architecture, culture and nature! The visitor can understandably feel “wise threads of mythology, cosmology and ecology” in relation to all of our heritage and the future. The “multi-voiced languages ​​of nature” become perceptible.

Honoring the lasting legacy of its founder Frieder Burda  

“On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Museum Frieder Burda, the exhibition I Feel the Earth Whisper with four important artists also honors the visionary spirit and the lasting legacy of its founder Frieder Burda - a passionate collector - who believed in the unifying power of art believed and sought connection to people through them.

This connection is still important to us today. This time we want to celebrate the opening day on June 14th together with you with an open house and a lot of program for you and your family.

The artists Bianca Bondi, Julian Charrière, Sam Falls and Ernesto Neto are looking forward to being present in person and talking to you.

Discover the fascinating world of sounds, scents and rhythms of our earth together as a family in Ernesto Neto's monumental tree structure.

Inspired by the works of Bianca Bondi and Sam Falls, children can also discover the connection between art, nature and the mystical legends of the Black Forest in creative workshops and create their own art treasures from natural materials from the region.

Baden-Baden. In Baden-Baden wird gefeiert! Die Eröffnung der Jubiläumsausstellung I FEEL THE EARTH WHISPER. BIANCA BONDI – JULIAN CHARRIÈRE – SAM FALLS – ERNESTO NETO im Museum Frieder Burda wird am Nachmittag des 14. Juni 2024 von 16:00 bis 21:00 Uhr eine Veranstaltung für die ganze Familie. Es gibt Musik und Bewirtung, die bei gutem Wetter auch draußen stattfindet. Der EINTRITT ist an diesem Eröffnungsnachmittag FREI! Die Künstler werden auch dabei sein! Die Kuratoren der Jubiläumsausstellung sind Patricia Kamp und Jérôme Sans. KUNST - NATUR und SPORT: Das Eröffnungsspiel Deutschland – Schottland in München kann man im Anschluss an den schönen Nachmittag im Café Kunsthalle im EM LIVE-STREAMING sehen. 20 Jahre Museum Frieder Burda - I Feel the Earth Whisper

Zum 20. Jubiläum haben die Kuratoren Patricia Kamp und Jérôme Sans sich auf die Spuren der Gründung des Museums begeben und die Ideen seines Stifters herausgearbeitet. Die Architektur des von Richard Meier entworfenen Museumsbaus in der berühmten Lichtentaler Allee ist wahrlich einzigartig. Wer durch die Räume des Museums flaniert findet hier und da den Blick zur Außenwelt, der in den Exponaten auf einen Kunsteindruck reduziert wird. Es ist ein Wechselspiel der Wahrnehmung und lädt zur Kunstschau ein.

Die Ausstellung I Feel the Earth Whisper konzentriert die Wahrnehmung auf die Verbindung zwischen Innen und Aussen, Kunst und Architektur, Kultur und Natur! Nachvollziehbar kann der Besucher „Weise Fäden der Mythologie, Kosmologie und Ökologie“, in Bezug auf unser aller Erbe und die Zukunft erfühlen. Die „vielstimmigen Sprachen der Natur“ werden wahrnehmbar.

„Anlässlich des 20-jährigen Jubiläums des Museum Frieder Burda würdigt die Ausstellung I Feel the Earth Whisper mit vier bedeutenden Künstlern damit auch den visionären Geist und das bleibende Vermächtnis seines Gründers Frieder Burda – ein Sammler mit Leidenschaft –, der an die verbindende Kraft der Kunst glaubte und durch sie die Verbindung zu den Menschen suchte.

Diese Verbindung ist uns bis heute wichtig. Den Eröffnungstag am 14. Juni wollen wir daher diesmal gemeinsam mit Ihnen mit einem offenen Haus und viel Programm für Sie und Ihre Familie feiern.
