Hanover - Schützenplatz. Not far from the 96er stadium, fans of traditional US cars and bikes will have a real treat on Saturday, July 26, and Sunday, July 27, 2025, practically in the heart of Hanover. The show has long since established itself internationally as one of the leading US car festivals and attracts thousands of visitors to Hanover's Schützenplatz behind the Maschsee lake every year. Anyone who's been there before knows what to expect: spectacular motoring action, extraordinary vehicles, and plenty of fun for all ages. The Street Mag Show is always the ultimate experience for horsepower enthusiasts. Those who attend this event will experience the American way of life on wheels and get a striking picture of the American way of life – from Route 66 and diners to rock 'n' roll.

The "Street Mag Show" is far more than an ordinary car show

This event is a classic homage to American automotive culture, combining nostalgia with modern design. There's an impressive selection of classic muscle cars, rare hot rods, luxury road cruisers, and custom motorcycles to admire, presented by enthusiasts from all over Germany and Europe.

The US Car and Bike Show has been taking place in Hanover for 35 years.

It all began in 1989, and to this day, this show has become Germany's largest US car and bike show. It has achieved cult status.

From July 26th to 27th, the Schützenplatz will be a stage for shiny paint, powerful engines, and the most iconic vehicles from America for a summer weekend.

Individual vehicles will be presented to the public on the show stage. A Show 'n' Shine competition will take place throughout the day, where the vehicles will be judged by a panel of experts.

On Sunday afternoon, the most original and beautiful vehicles from over 20 categories will be honored.

The "Street Mag Show" also features an action-packed supporting program.

There will be stages with live music, stunt shows, a lowrider show, food trucks, and merchandise stands, providing entertainment and variety for the whole family, making it an unforgettable experience.

• a large lowrider show with the best drivers from Germany, France, and Italy,
• a Bobby Car race for the little ones,

Providing the musical entertainment this year will be

the band "Boppin B" from Aschaffenburg: The five full-blooded rock 'n' rollers are celebrating their 40th anniversary this year. The band's infectious energy, passion, and joy for music are infectious and simply fun.

Opening the evening will be "JP King" from Hamburg, with songs from Elvis and Johnny Cash to Buddy Holly and the Stray Cats. With a diverse repertoire and a fantastic performance, he ensures an unforgettable rock 'n' roll event.

The show can be seen from the top at the "Hildesheim Light Ride."

A team of firefighters and paramedics will be on site with a 60-meter ladder.

The proceeds from the rides will be collected for donations for sick children.

In total, the organizers expect up to 2,700 vehicles and approximately 15,000 visitors

The "Street Mag Show" in Hanover promises an unforgettable weekend full of nostalgia, adrenaline, and fascination with American automotive culture. As a traditional event, the "Street Mag Show" has become much more than a mecca for fans of American vehicles.

A great idea for a company party...

Munich. It was a comfortable 9 degrees today and so there were many visitors to the Tollwood Winter Festival on Munich's Theresienwiese. At first we were able to take press photos, but then it became too crowded. There is a great atmosphere and the stalls are glittering. There's even curling, a selfie point with a silver-pink glittery unicorn Pegasus in the background and lots of culinary delights. It smelled delicious and amazed us at many of the stands - more about that soon... Here for today are our photo impressions from November 26th - at around 4:30 p.m. - on the Tollwood grounds. For example, there are 2 curling rinks that were well used and enthusiastic people cheering about their successes. A great idea for a company party...

MUNICH. The Tollwood Winter Festival starts on November 26th at Theresienwiese in Munich... and what is it? Even as the golden October warms up the Bavarian capital, the winter festival on the Theresienwiese is already being set up. You can hardly believe your eyes: Oktoberfest dismantling and Tollwood construction merge into one another (see photos). The first large tents of the Tollwood Winter Festival are already on the Munich Oktoberfest meadow. And in fact in a month, on November 26th, the market of ideas, the concerts, the gastronomy and the big circus will start at the Grand Chapiteau with Circa, Circo Zoé and The 7 Fingers! These three are the most interesting companies in the circus scene worldwide. They come to us at Theresienwiese from three continents and play in the Tollwood theater tent. Until December 22nd, the pre-Christmas period will be contemplative, exciting and eventful. ... and then everything closes before the unique Tollwood New Year's Eve party with huge fireworks starts here on December 31, 2024. Munich in summer is a festival! ... from August 9th to 25th, 2024 ... In addition to the live music in the Theatron, there are Bavarian and international gastro stands and even a wonderfully located beach bar in the popular Olympic Park. Let's start with relaxation: the Italian beach bar and restaurant take care of your physical well-being, you can sunbathe in deck chairs, enjoy refreshing cocktails and experience Bella Italia in Munich.  DJs provide entertainment music in the Capri beach bar, which was set up on the peninsula in Lake Olympia. Fireworks on August 23rd at 10pm...

At one location on the festival grounds, the popular Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Platz, Bavarian delicacies and international cuisine delight visitors

And there are various focal points on the weekends, such as the Bavaria Weekend, where Dachshund Sunday also marks a day for Waldi the dachshund, the first mascot of the Olympic Games. This Sunday, August 11, 2024, the popular Dachshund Day will take place again: visitors will meet dachshunds with their owners and have fun as well as the dogs, for whom a dog-friendly program has been devised.

The large marquee, delicacies stalls and rides such as a carousel for children are worth a tour of the Oktoberfest. But what would a folk festival in Bavaria be without the famous Munich beer. For this purpose, a large festival tent was set up in which the beer is served with live music and a folk festival atmosphere. A 50 meter high Ferris wheel with 36 closed gondolas will be available here. And with the Munich dance schools there will be a spectacular dance party with shows on the huge open-air dance floor. Visitors can learn the most important dance steps in a workshop.

Brienner Straße becomes a sports mile

The sports offerings range from balance games to wheelchair netball. There are small-field football and soccer options.

There are the popular show workshops here, in which craft businesses from the Munich guilds show what roofers, metal workers, carpenters and other trades can do. Anyone who will soon be finishing school can find out about training here, etc. The crafts village is open on Saturday, June 8th, from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sunday, June 9th, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
