Wolfsburg - Autostadt - Porsche Pavilion. Anyone who has ever experienced a car race live will never forget the excitement, the soundscape, and the thrill of the spectators. The countdown to the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans begins this week, before the cars take to the legendary racetrack from Saturday, June 14, 2025, to Sunday, June 15, 2025. Anyone who wants to experience the thrill of racing in person can do so this week before the start. Starting immediately, the Porsche Pavilion at Autostadt Wolfsburg will be a live motorsport experience during its daily opening hours. The entire pavilion will be sporting a dynamic Raceborn look, getting visitors in the mood for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. In addition to the spectacular spatial staging, there will be brilliantly lit racing cars and interactive exhibition areas with racing simulators and virtual cockpits for racing enthusiasts. For Porsche, motorsport is much more than just competition – it's part of the brand's DNA
Porsche's technological excellence and innovative strength prepare exhibition visitors and fans for the race in the new Raceborn exhibition. As a special highlight, modern racing simulators and virtual cockpits can transport visitors to the digital racetrack – who hasn't always wanted to put in a fast lap? And the best part: the fastest drivers climb the original winner's podium for a photo session – all in true style in front of a wall of historic Porsche Motorsport posters from significant eras.
Two special Porsche vehicles on display in the pavilion
A Porsche 963 show car and the Taycan Turbo GT are the automotive focal points of the special exhibition – which will be on display until June 30, 2025.
The Porsche 963 racing car debuted at the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2023.
The hybrid technology of the 4.6-liter twin-turbo V8 engine produces 500 kW (680 hp). The car runs on renewable fuels and is complemented by a hybrid system. The colors white, red, and black reflect the Porsche racing tradition.
The Taycan Turbo GT with Weissach package shines in a striking "Shade Degreen Metallic" paint finish.
The Taycan Turbo GT is at home on the racetrack – since 2024, the electric sports car has been used as the official Formula E Safety Car.

- Its top speed is 305 km/h.
- Its electric motor delivers up to 815 kW (1,108 hp) and up to 1,240 Nm of torque.
