Monaco. Quest'estate lo sport è molto importante nella nostra bella città cosmopolita e spazia dalle danze all'aperto alle danze tradizionali bavaresi fino all'attraente miglio sportivo. Un compleanno cittadino che crea movimento e che tiene fede al motto “Le cose vanno di nuovo bene”. Il programma sportivo appositamente sviluppato si concentra su UEFA EURO 2024, che inizierà il 14 giugno 2024 nella città ospitante di Monaco. Prima ancora, al fine settimana della festa di fondazione della città dell'8 e 9 giugno 2024 e al miglio sportivo che inizia da Odeonsplatz e è stato progettato dal Dipartimento per l'educazione e lo sport. Oltre alla piazza della Feldherrnhalle, anche la Wittelsbacherplatz attirerà con una pista da ballo all'aperto. Qui si tengono corsi di ballo guidati e spettacoli di danza. Ma anche il nostro municipio in Marienplatz non lascia nulla di intentato: se vi piacciono i balli bavaresi, volete provarli o impararli, potete partecipare al Vecchio Municipio.

In abiti sportivi comodi o casual per lo sport al festival di fondazione della città

Il punto migliore per iniziare il miglio sportivo è il percorso ginnico davanti alla Theatinerkirche in Odeonsplatz

La più grande festa danzante di Monaco sulla Wittelsbacherplatz sulla Briennerstrasse: spettacoli di ballo e balli per tutti

Le scuole di ballo di Monaco vi invitano entrambi i giorni ad una festa danzante nella Wittelsbacherplatz.


In brevi laboratori guidati vengono offerti balli di coppia e solisti, vari flash mob e balli di gruppo, ma anche la classica Monaco Francaise. Dalle ore 18 avrà luogo la più grande festa danzante all'aperto di Monaco con un DJ dal vivo.

Veniamo all'arte del ballo sul miglio avventuroso, che porta da Marienplatz a Sendlinger Tor passando per Sendlinger Straße


Sabato 8 e domenica 9 giugno 2024 qui si esibiranno artisti del ballo e giocolieri.

Divertente anche il tema “Multiball” sulla Marienplatz

Qui ci sono

•     e un grande videowall multibiglia: 4 x 3 m per testare la propria precisione.

La Française e lo Zwiefacher di Monaco nel Municipio della Città Vecchia presso il Museo del Giocattolo

La tradizione bavarese è saldamente radicata nelle danze locali. Nella grande sala da ballo del Vecchio Municipio la maestra di ballo Katharina Mayer e il tavolo dei musicisti abituali della Bassa Baviera si incontrano domenica appositamente per imparare due danze bavaresi:

Ci sono due corsi di danza: per ballerini individuali e per coppie

    la “Munich Française”

viene sempre ballato alle feste e ai balli bavaresi: si tratta di un ballo da sala in cinque parti del 1860 circa a Monaco.

Le figure di due file di danza vengono ruotate alternativamente in base ai comandi del maestro di ballo. Si ballerà sulle note della “Bat Quadrille” di Johann Strauß Sohn, eseguita dal vivo dalla Karl Edelmann Salon Orchestra.

La tipica danza popolare bavarese si basa sull'alternanza di tempi in chiave differenti. Suoni divertenti? È anche il caso in cui si passa spontaneamente dal tempo 3/4 al tempo 2/4. Ci saranno sicuramente molte risate, poiché questo cambiamento ritmico richiede una buona comprensione del tempo musicale e un ragionevole livello di coordinazione ritmica.

Munich. Sport is very important in our beautiful cosmopolitan city this summer and ranges from open-air dancing to traditional Bavarian dances to the attractive sports mile. The specially developed sports program focuses on the UEFA EURO 2024, which begins on June 14, 2024 and starts in the host city of Munich. Before that, to the city founding festival weekend on June 8th and 9th, 2024 and to the sports mile that starts at Odeonsplatz and was planned by the Department for Education and Sport. The best place to start the sports mile is at the exercise course in front of the Theatinerkirche on Odeonsplatz

•     Here you can throw balls while playing basketball,
•     Try out your balance on seesaws
•     and get involved in sports with all sorts of leisure equipment.
•     Or you can take part in the inclusion football game on Odeonsplatz.

The Munich Recreational Sports Department of Education and Sport, FC Español and Mobilspiel invites you to all kinds of exercise games at Odeonsplatz


There are also 15 man-sized sound instruments that invite you to move with sound design. What is that? Come join in and invent rhythmic movements!


Munich's largest dance party at Wittelsbacherplatz on Briennerstrasse: show dancing and dancing for everyone


Munich's dance schools invite you to a dance party at Wittelsbacherplatz on both days.


Couple and solo dances, various flash mobs and line dancing, but also the classic Munich Francaise are offered in short, guided workshops. From 6 p.m., Munich's largest open-air dance party with a live DJ will take place.

Bavarian tradition is firmly rooted in local dancing. In the large ballroom of the Old Town Hall, dance master Katharina Mayer and the Lower Bavarian Musicians' Regulars' Table come together on Sunday specifically to learn two Bavarian dances:


There are two dance courses - for individual dancers and couples


    the “Munich Française”

is always danced at Bavarian festivals and balls - this is a five-part ballroom dance from around 1860 in Munich.

Figures from two dance rows are alternately rotated based on the dance master's commands. The dancing will be to Johann Strauß Sohn's “Bat Quadrille,” which will be played live by the Karl Edelmann Salon Orchestra.

The typical Bavarian folk dance is based on alternating between different time signatures. Sounds funny? It is also the case when you spontaneously switch from 3/4 to 2/4 time. There will certainly be a lot of laughter, as this rhythmic change requires a good understanding of musical time and a reasonable level of rhythmic coordination.

Das sportliche Programm zum Münchner Stadtgründungsfest 2024 in der "UEFA EURO 2024"-Host City München - am 8. Juni und 9. Juni 2024 in der Münchner Altstadt (ENGLISH)

 

München. Sport wird in diesem Sommer in unserer schönen Weltstadt ganz groß geschrieben und reicht vom Open-Air-Tanz über traditionelle bayerische Tänze bis zur attraktiven Sportmeile. Ein Stadtgeburtstag der für Bewegung sorgt und dem Motto „Es geht wieder rund“ gerecht wird. Das eigens entwickelte Sportprogramm hat die am 14. Juni 2024 beginnende UEFA EURO 2024 im Blick, die in Host City München startet. Zuvor also zum Stadtgründungsfest-Wochenende am 8. und 9. Juni 2024 und auf die Sportmeile die am Odeonsplatz startet und vom Referat für Bildung und Sport geplant wurde. Neben dem Platz an der Feldherrnhalle wird der Wittelsbacherplatz mit einer Open-Air-Tanzfläche locken. Hier gibt es dann geführte Tanzkurse und Tanz-Shows. Aber auch unser Rathaus am Marienplatz lässt keinen Fuß stillstehen: Wer bayerische Tänze mag, ausprobieren oder erlernen möchte, kann im Alten Rathaus dabei sein.

In bequemer Sport- bis Freizeitkleidung zum Sport auf dem Stadtgründungsfest

Die Sportmeile beginnt man also am besten am Bewegungsparcours vor der Theatinerkirche am Odeonsplatz

• Hier kann man, beim Basketball spielen, Bälle werfen,

• auf Wippen das Gleichgewicht erproben

• und mit allerlei Freizeitgeräten sportlich dabei sein.

• Oder man macht mit beim Inklusions-Fußballspiel auf dem Odeonsplatz.

Der Münchner Freizeitsport des Referats für Bildung und Sport, der FC Español und Mobilspiel lädt am Odeonsplatz zu Bewegungsspielen aller Art

Zusätzlich gibt es hier 15 mannsgroße Klanginstrumente, die zur Bewegung mit Klangdesign einladen. Was das ist? Kommen mitmachen und rhythmische Bewegungen erfinden!

Münchens größte Tanzparty am Wittelsbacherplatz an der Briennerstrasse: Showtanzen und Tanzen für alle

Münchens Tanzschulen laden an beiden Tagen zu einer Tanzparty am Wittelsbacherplatz ein.

In kurzen geführten Workshops werden Paar- und Solotänze, verschiedene Flashmobs und Linedance, aber auch die klassische Münchner Francaise angeboten. Ab 18 Uhr steigt dann die größte Münchner Open-Air-Tanzparty mit Live-DJ.

Kommen wir zur Ballkunst auf der Erlebnismeile, die vom Marienplatz bis zum Sendlinger Tor über die Sendlinger Straße führt

Am Samstag, 8. Juni und am Sonntag, den 9. Juni 2024, treten hier Ball- und Jonglagekünstler auf.

Die Münchner Francaise und Zwiefacher im Alten Rathaus am Spielzeugmuseum

Bayerische Tradition ist fest im heimischen Tanzgut verwurzelt. Im großen Festsaal des Alten Rathauses kommt die Tanzmeisterin Katharina Mayer zusammen mit dem Niederbayerischen Musikanten-Stammtisch am Sonntag extra für das erlernen von zwei bayerischen Tänzen zusammen:

Es gibt zwei Tanzkurse - für Einzeltänzerinnen und -tänzer und Paare

• die „Münchner Française“

wird immer auf bayerischen Festen und Bällen getanzt – hierbei handelt es sich um einen fünfteiligen Gesellschaftstanz aus der Zeit um 1860 aus München.

Aus zwei Tanzreihen werden auf die Kommandos der Tanzmeisterin im Wechselspiel Figuren gedreht. Getanzt wird zur „Fledermaus-Quadrille“ von Johann Strauß Sohn, die das Salonorchester Karl Edelmann live spielt.

Der typisch bayerische Volkstanz beruht auf dem Wechsel zwischen unterschiedlichen Taktarten. Hört sich lustig an? Ist es auch wenn man spontan vom 3/4- zum 2/4-Takt wechselt. Es wird sicherlich viel gelacht, den dieser rhythmische Wechsel braucht ein gutes musikalisches Takt-Verständnis und eine einigermaßen rhytmische Koordination.
