Baden-Baden. Lasciate che siano i fiori a parlare! "Bloom up! The Language of Flowers"... È questo il motto della mostra speciale ospitata nella città termale. Il 13 giugno 2026, la Staatliche Kunsthalle Baden-Baden e il Badisches Landesmuseum di Karlsruhe hanno inaugurato il loro primo progetto espositivo congiunto, dando vita a uno degli esperimenti più interessanti attualmente in corso nel panorama museale tedesco. Attraverso progetti di collaborazione nei prossimi anni, le due istituzioni – ciascuna con il proprio ambito di specializzazione – metteranno in dialogo vivace l'arte contemporanea e la storia culturale. "Bloom up! The Language of Flowers" è la prima grande mostra speciale congiunta; è visitabile presso la Staatliche Kunsthalle di Baden-Baden fino al 10 gennaio 2027.

Dal loto dell'antico Egitto e dalle rose dell'Art Nouveau alle fantasie floreali digitali

Il percorso espositivo offre l'opportunità di vivere incontri emozionanti con il profumo, la bellezza e la natura effimera dei fiori. Temi quali l'amore, la memoria, il potere e l'identità vengono esplorati da nuove prospettive.

La mostra "Bloom up! The Language of Flowers" presenta oggetti di storia culturale provenienti dalle collezioni di Karlsruhe accanto a opere di artisti contemporanei.

Oltre a ripercorrere 2.500 anni di storia culturale – spaziando dal loto dell'antico Egitto e dalle rose dell'Art Nouveau fino alle moderne fantasie floreali digitali – l'esposizione include opere di:

Ketuta Alexi-Meskhishvili, Allora & Calzadilla, Belia Zanna, Geetha Brückner, Petrit Halilaj & Álvaro Urbano, Jonas Mekas, Willem de Rooij, Taryn Simon e Sissel Tolaas.

Baden-Baden. Laissez parler les fleurs ! « Bloom up! The Language of Flowers »... Tel est le mot d'ordre de cette exposition temporaire organisée dans la ville thermale. Le 13 juin 2026, la Staatliche Kunsthalle Baden-Baden et le Badisches Landesmuseum de Karlsruhe ont inauguré leur premier projet d'exposition commun, lançant ainsi l'une des expériences les plus passionnantes du paysage muséal allemand. À travers des projets collaboratifs menés au cours des prochaines années, les deux institutions — chacune dotée de sa propre orientation — instaureront un dialogue vivant entre art contemporain et histoire culturelle. « Bloom up! The Language of Flowers » est la première grande exposition temporaire conjointe ; elle est présentée à la Staatliche Kunsthalle de Baden-Baden jusqu'au 10 janvier 2027.

Du lotus de l'Égypte antique et des roses de l'Art nouveau aux fantaisies florales numériques

Le parcours de l'exposition invite à des rencontres empreintes d'émotion avec le parfum, la beauté et la nature éphémère des fleurs. Des thèmes tels que l'amour, la mémoire, le pouvoir et l'identité y sont abordés sous un angle nouveau.

L'exposition « Bloom up! The Language of Flowers » présente des objets issus de l'histoire culturelle (provenant des collections de Karlsruhe) aux côtés de démarches artistiques contemporaines.

Outre 2 500 ans d'histoire culturelle — allant du lotus de l'Égypte antique et des roses de l'Art nouveau aux fantaisies florales numériques contemporaines —, l'exposition présente des œuvres de :

On June 13, 2026, the Staatliche Kunsthalle Baden-Baden and the Badisches Landesmuseum in Karlsruhe launched their first joint exhibition project, initiating one of the most exciting experiments currently underway in the German museum landscape. Through collaborative projects over the coming years, the two institutions—each with its own distinct focus—will bring contemporary art and cultural history into a lively dialogue. "Bloom up! The Language of Flowers" is the first major joint special exhibition; it is on view at the Staatliche Kunsthalle in Baden-Baden until January 10, 2027.

From the ancient Egyptian lotus and Art Nouveau roses to digital floral fantasies

The exhibition tour offers opportunities for emotional encounters with the scent, beauty, and transience of flowers. Themes such as love, memory, power, and identity are viewed from new perspectives.

The exhibition "Bloom up! The Language of Flowers" presents objects of cultural history from the Karlsruhe collection alongside contemporary artistic positions.

In addition to 2,500 years of cultural history—spanning from the ancient Egyptian lotus and Art Nouveau roses to contemporary digital floral fantasies—the exhibition features works by:
