Munich. At the end of June, the Kunstareal Festival will be celebrated in Munich under the motto "Freedom" with a free exploration of 5,000 years of cultural history through museums and institutions. From June 27 to 29, culture will be celebrated in Munich's Kunstareal, in the Maxvorstadt district between Königsplatz and the Pinakotheken. Many museums, galleries, the Central Institute for Art History, universities, and cultural institutions have prepared programs. The climax of the festival will be celebrated on the weekend of June 28 and 29, 2025. Admission to all museums and institutions, as well as participation in all program items, is free of charge.
