Art Fair ART & ANTIQUE RESIDENZ SALZBURG 2025
International works of art, antiques, and works of art, antiques from the Middle Ages to modern times, as well as valuable jewelry in precious metals, will be available this Easter at ART & ANTIQUE in the RESIDENZ SALZBURG.

Salzburg. The fair for art, antiques, and design delights art lovers in the city of Mozart, which is also known for its legendary Easter Festival. This art fair is taking place for the 48th time, and the galleries are bringing top-class international works to Salzburg. The original exhibits from the fields of painting, graphics, sculpture, design, arts and crafts, jewelry, folk art, antiques, and furniture, as well as icons and rare clocks, attract many enthusiasts to Salzburg every year. For example, a Florian equestrian cabinet and a table that was made for the premiere of Verdi's opera Aida in Cairo are available for sale.

At the fair, visitors can expect a fascinating selection of masterpieces by renowned artists from various eras and styles.
One work should be mentioned representatively.
The Galerie Jeanne from Munich (in the Carabinieri Hall – just to the left of the entrance – booth no. 35) is exhibiting, among other works, Marc Chagall – “Maquette pour La vache bleue” from 1967. It showcases the poetic imagery of Marc Chagall. The painter and graphic artist is one of the most important artists of Classical Modernism and his compositions delight art lovers around the world. It is a delight to see Chagall's art world again in Salzburg with the blue-dominated work “Maquette pour La vache bleue” (1967).
