Il Jazz Summer Festival 2025, con concerti dal vivo, una mostra fotografica della Galleria Stephen Hoffman e film jazz nella Cinema Lounge, è il momento clou della scena culturale di Monaco presso l'Hotel Bayerischer Hof

Dal 21 al 26 luglio 2025, Jazz Summer presso il rinomato Hotel Bayerischer Hof nel centro storico di Monaco (DEUTSCH, Italiano, Français, English)

Monaco di Baviera. I Consigli Statali Tedeschi per la Musica hanno recentemente eletto la voce umana "Strumento dell'Anno 2025" e il Bayerischer Hof organizza il suo evento Jazz Summer 2025 all'insegna del motto "Voices". Grandi voci si alzeranno in sette concerti jazz di altissimo livello, che si terranno nella sala da ballo e nella discoteca dell'hotel. Un entusiasmante programma collaterale includerà film jazz nella Cinema Lounge e – cosa che non vediamo l'ora di vedere – una mostra fotografica di musicisti famosi, realizzata da fotografi internazionali quasi altrettanto famosi. La selezione di "volti famosi" presenti nella presentazione fotografica è stata ideata e fornita dalla Stephen Hoffman Gallery - Fine Art Photography (un listino prezzi è disponibile nella mostra).

Nell'ambito del Jazz Summer 2025 all'Hotel Bayerischer Hof, Stephen Hoffman esporrà una selezione di ritratti di musicisti di alto profilo tratti dalla sua collezione FOTOGRAFICA nell'atrio dell'hotel dal 22 al 26 luglio 2025: tutti originali autografati a mano!

La mostra presenta opere di fotografi di spicco noti ad intenditori e collezionisti, come Paul Gottlieb, Herman Leonard, Ted Williams e William Claxton, il più famoso fotografo dell'età d'oro del jazz.

E anche l'ultimo fotografo ufficiale dei Beatles, Jim Marshall, e Terry O'Neill, che hanno immortalato le icone del nostro tempo e lo spettro della loro fama come nessun altro.

Sono inoltre esposte opere celebri di fotografi come Ed Caraeff, Peter Hince e il fotografo svizzero di Los Angeles Markus Klinko, che hanno plasmato l'estetica dell'"iperglamour".

Oltre alle fotografie di star di fama mondiale del jazz e del pop, i visitatori vivranno anche un viaggio attraverso la storia della fotografia musicale moderna.

I ritratti d'artista interpretano o documentano l'immagine professionale di un artista che ha sviluppato il proprio stile attraverso la sua interpretazione della musica, diventando così un eroe nella storia della musica del suo tempo.

Le fotografie esposte nella mostra "Famous Faces" nell'atrio dell'hotel "Bayerischer Hof" riflettono la personalità, lo stile, la motivazione e la passione dei musicisti ritratti. Nelle immagini esposte, fotografi di fama mondiale hanno immortalato diverse personalità artistiche, che rappresentano i rispettivi stili musicali, nel loro lavoro, dietro le quinte, davanti alle quinte o persino in studio. Nell'ambito del Jazz Summer al Bayerischer Hof, le fotografie da collezione esposte saranno accompagnate da interpretazioni di musica jazz contemporanea dal vivo. Saranno presenti fotografi che hanno fatto la storia della fotografia nei loro generi!

"Per decenni, l'Hotel Bayerischer Hof è stato anche un locale jazz.

Nel 1991, l'hotel ha co-organizzato la "Piano Summer" e, dopo la sua conclusione nel 2006, ha ospitato il JAZZ SUMMER AT THE BAYERISCHER HOF, l'unico festival jazz internazionale a Monaco da allora. Dalla pausa dovuta al COVID-19, il festival ha sempre avuto un tema. Dopo "Passeggiata per l'Europa" e "Loud & Proud", il tema di quest'anno è "Voci". Perfettamente appropriato, dato che i Consigli Musicali di Stato tedeschi hanno scelto la voce umana come "Strumento dell'anno 2025". (Citazione dal depliant dell'evento)

JAZZ SUMMER 2025 al Bayerischer Hof Hotel

Jazz Summer 2025 è dedicato allo strumento più antico e universale di tutti: la voce umana. Nel jazz, le linee vocali che si intrecciano con il pianoforte, il sassofono o la tromba creano un suono accattivante.

Il Jazz Festival al Bayerischer Hof inizia il 21 luglio 2025 con un'esibizione anticipatrice di Katharina Pfeifer, vincitrice del Kurt Maas Jazz Award, nella discoteca dell'hotel.

L'inaugurazione ufficiale seguirà il 22 luglio

... con il vernissage - su invito - della mostra fotografica "Famous Faces", che presenta ritratti di musicisti famosi tratti dalla collezione fotografica di Stephen Hoffman

e un'esibizione di Dee Dee Bridgewater, la first lady del jazz classico americano, nella sala da ballo.
A questa regina indiscussa del jazz si uniranno due stelle della scena jazz americana:
Tyreek McDole, vincitore del Sarah Vaughan Competition
e Christie Dashiell Rising, candidata ai Grammy Award
la più grande promessa del canto monacense
Alma Naidu porterà Torsten Goods, acclamato come il "George Benson tedesco", come ospite speciale.
Segue il quartetto europeo di star Liberetto, guidato dal bassista e violoncellista svedese Lars Danielsson
e infine, il Dipartimento Jazz dei Söhne Mannheims, che abbatterà tutti i confini di genere, dal jazz all'hip-hop al pop.

Conseil musical : Festival d'été de jazz de Munich 2025

Le Festival d'été de jazz 2025, avec ses concerts, une exposition photo de la galerie Stephen Hoffman et des projections de films jazz au Cinema Lounge, est le point culminant de la scène culturelle munichoise à l'hôtel Bayerischer Hof.

Du 22 au 26 juillet 2025, l'été jazz se déroule au célèbre hôtel Bayerischer Hof, dans la vieille ville de Munich (DEUTSCH, Italiano, Français, English)

Munich. Les conseils régionaux de la musique ont récemment élu la voix humaine « Instrument de l'année 2025 », et le Bayerischer Hof organise son événement « Été jazz 2025 » sous le thème « Voix ». De grandes voix se feront entendre lors de sept concerts de jazz de haut niveau, qui auront lieu dans la salle de bal et la discothèque de l'hôtel. Un programme d'accompagnement passionnant comprendra des projections de films jazz au Cinema Lounge et, nous l'attendons avec impatience, une exposition photo de musiciens célèbres réalisée par des photographes internationaux tout aussi renommés. La sélection de « Visages célèbres » présentés dans la présentation photographique a été conçue et fournie par la Stephen Hoffman Gallery - Fine Art Photography (une liste de prix est disponible dans l'exposition).

Dans le cadre de l'Été Jazz 2025 à l'hôtel Bayerischer Hof, Stephen Hoffman présentera une sélection de portraits de musiciens célèbres issus de sa collection photo dans l'atrium de l'hôtel du 22 au 26 juillet 2025 – tous des originaux signés à la main !

L'exposition présente des œuvres de photographes de renom, connus des connaisseurs et des collectionneurs, tels que Paul Gottlieb, Herman Leonard, Ted Williams et William Claxton, le plus célèbre photographe de l'âge d'or du jazz.

Et aussi le dernier photographe officiel des Beatles, Jim Marshall, et Terry O'Neill, qui ont immortalisé les icônes de notre époque et l'étendue de leur célébrité comme nul autre.

Sont également exposées des œuvres célèbres de photographes tels qu'Ed Caraeff, Peter Hince et le photographe suisse Markus Klinko, basé à Los Angeles, qui a façonné l'esthétique de l'« hyperglamour ».

Outre les photographies de stars mondiales du jazz et de la pop, les visiteurs découvriront un voyage à travers l'histoire de la photographie musicale moderne.

Les portraits de musiciens exposés, réalisés par des photographes de renommée internationale, possèdent un langage visuel unique

Les portraits d'artistes interprètent ou documentent l'image professionnelle d'un artiste qui a développé son propre style à travers son interprétation de la musique et est ainsi devenu un héros de l'histoire de la musique de son époque.

Les photographies présentées dans l'exposition « Famous Faces », dans l'atrium de l'hôtel « Bayerischer Hof », reflètent la personnalité, le style, la motivation et la passion des musiciens représentés. Dans les images présentées, des photographes de renommée mondiale ont immortalisé diverses personnalités artistiques, représentatives de leurs styles musicaux respectifs, dans leurs œuvres, en coulisses, sur scène ou même en studio. Dans le cadre de l'Été Jazz au Bayerischer Hof, les photographies de collection exposées seront mises en valeur par des interprétations de jazz contemporain en direct. Des photographes qui ont marqué l'histoire de la photographie dans leur genre seront mis à l'honneur !

"Depuis des décennies, l'Hôtel Bayerischer Hof est également un lieu de concert de jazz

En 1991, l'hôtel a co-organisé l'« Été du piano », puis, après sa fin en 2006, il a accueilli l'ÉTÉ JAZZ AU BAYERISCHER HOF, le seul festival international de jazz à Munich depuis. Depuis la pause liée à la COVID-19, le festival a toujours eu un thème. Après « Promenade en Europe » et « Fort et fier », le thème de cette année est « Voix ». JAZZ SUMMER 2025 à l'hôtel Bayerischer Hof

Jazz Summer 2025 est consacré au plus ancien et au plus universel des instruments : la voix humaine. Dans le jazz, les lignes vocales, associées au piano, au saxophone ou à la trompette, créent un son captivant.

Le festival de jazz du Bayerischer Hof débutera le 21 juillet 2025 avec une performance préliminaire de Katharina Pfeifer, lauréate du Kurt Maas Jazz Award, dans la discothèque de l'hôtel.

L'inauguration officielle aura lieu le 22 juillet.

From July 21 to 26, 2025, Jazz Summer takes place at the renowned Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich's Old Town (DEUTSCH, Italiano, Français, English)

Munich. Live Music - Munich celebrates jazz and its musicians: The German State Music Councils recently voted the human voice "Instrument of the Year 2025," and the Bayerischer Hof is staging its Jazz Summer 2025 event under the motto "Voices." Great voices will be heard in seven top-class jazz concerts, which will take place in the hotel's ballroom and nightclub. An exciting supporting program will include jazz films in the Cinema Lounge and—we're particularly looking forward to this—a photo exhibition of famous musicians by almost equally famous international photographers. The selection of "Famous Faces" featured in the photo presentation was conceived and provided by the Stephen Hoffman Gallery - Fine Art Photography (a price list is available in the exhibition).

As part of the Jazz Summer 2025 at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof, Stephen Hoffman will be showing a selection of high-profile musician portraits from his PHOTO collection in the hotel's atrium from July 22 to 26, 2025 – all hand-signed originals!

The exhibition features works by prominent photographers known to connoisseurs and collectors, such as Paul Gottlieb, Herman Leonard, Ted Williams, and William Claxton—the most famous photographer of the Golden Age of jazz.

And the last official Beatles photographer, Jim Marshall, and Terry O'Neill, who captured the icons of our time and the spectrum of their fame like no other.

Also on display are famous works by photographers such as Ed Caraeff, Peter Hince, and the Los Angeles-based Swiss photographer Markus Klinko, who shaped the aesthetic of "hyperglamour."

In addition to photographs of world-renowned stars of the jazz and pop world, visitors will also experience a journey through the history of modern music photography.

The exhibited musician portraits by internationally renowned photographers have their own visual language

Artist portraits interpret or document the professional image of an artist who developed their own style through their interpretation of music and thus became a hero in the music history of their time.

The photographs shown in the "Famous Faces" exhibition in the atrium of the "Bayerischer Hof" hotel reflect the personality, style, motivation, and passion of the musicians portrayed. In the images shown, world-renowned photographers have captured various artistic personalities, who represent the respective musical styles, in their work, backstage, frontstage, or even in the studio. As part of the Jazz Summer at the Bayerischer Hof, the exhibited collector photographs will be mirrored by contemporary live jazz music interpretations. Photographers who made photographic history in their genres will be featured!

Das Jazzsommer Festival 2025 mit Live-Konzerten, einer Fotoausstellung der Galerie Stephen Hoffman und Jazzfilmen in der Cinema-Lounge ist das Highlight der Münchner Kulturszene im Hotel Bayerischer Hof

Vom 21. bis 26. Juli 2025 Jazz Sommer im renommierten Hotel Bayerischer Hof in der Münchner Altstadt (DEUTSCH, Italiano, Français, English)

München. Die deutschen Landesmusikräte haben jüngst die menschliche Stimme zum „Instrument des Jahres 2025“ gewählt und der Bayerische Hof stellt sein Event den Jazzsommer 2025 unter das Motto "Voices". In sieben hochkarätige Jazz-Konzerten, die im Festsaal und im Nightclub des Hotels stattfinden, werden große Stimmen zu hören sein. In einem spannenden Rahmenprogramm werden in der Cinema-Lounge Jazzfilme gezeigt und - darauf freuen wir uns besonders - eine Fotoausstellung berühmter Musiker von fast ebenso berühmten internationalen Fotografen. Die Auswahl der "Famous Faces" die in der Fotopräsentation zu sehen sind, wurde von der Galerie Stephen Hoffman - Fine Art Photographie konzipiert und zur Verfügung gestellt (es gibt eine Preisliste in der Ausstellung).

Ausgestellt werden Arbeiten prominenter Fotografen, die Kennern und Sammlern ein Begriff sind, wie Paul Gottlieb, Herman Leonard oder Ted Williams und William Claxton – der berühmteste Fotograf der GOLDEN-AGE-ÄRA des Jazz.

Und der letzte offizielle Beatles Fotograf Jim Marshall oder Terry O’Neill, der wie kein anderer die Ikonen unserer Zeit und das Spektrum ihres Ruhmes einfing.

Gezeigt werden aber auch berühmte Arbeiten von Fotografen wie Ed Caraeff, Peter Hince oder der in Los Angeles lebende Schweizer Markus Klinko, der die Ästhetik des „Hyperglamour’s“ prägte.

Der Besucher erlebt neben den Fotografien von weltbekannten Stars der Jazz- und Pop-Welt auch einen Streifzug durch die Geschichte der modernen Musikfotografie.

In der Galerie Stephen Hoffman - Fine Art Photography stellen berühmte Fotografen ihre Fotokunst aus, wie hier Terry O'Neill, der in der Ausstellung mit einem Mick Jagger-Porträt zu sehen ist oder Peter Hince, der Freddie Mercury und die Gruppe Queen fotografierte, Fotos: Helga Waess (Pressefotoarchiv)

Die ausgestellten Musikerportraits international berühmter Fotografen haben eine eigene Bildsprache

Künstlerportraits interpretieren oder dokumentieren das professionelle Image eines Künstlers, der durch seine Art der Musikinterpretation einen eigenen Stil entwickelte und dadurch zum Helden der Musikgeschichte seiner Zeit wurde.

Die in der Ausstellung „Famous Faces“ im Atrium des Hotels „Bayerischer Hof“ gezeigten Photographien spiegeln die Persönlichkeit, den Stil und auch die Motivation und Leidenschaft der porträtierten Musiker wieder. In den gezeigten Aufnahmen haben weltweit bekannte Photographen unterschiedliche Künstler-Persönlichkeiten, die für die jeweilige Musik-Stile stehen, in ihrem Wirken, Backstage, Frontstage oder auch im Studio abgelichtet. Im Rahmen des Jazz-Sommers im Bayerischen Hof werden die gezeigten Sammler-Photographien an zeitgenössischer Live-Jazzmusik-Interpretation gespiegelt. Gezeigt werden Photographen die in ihren Genres Fotogeschichte schrieben!

„Seit Jahrzehnten ist das Hotel Bayerischer Hof auch ein Spielort des Jazz

1991 wurde das Haus Mitveranstalter des „Klaviersommers“, nach dessen Ende 2006 dann Gastgeber des JAZZ SOMMERS IM BAYERISCHEN HOF, des seitdem einzigen internationalen Jazzfestivals in München. Seit der Corona-Pause geht es stets unter einem Motto an den Start. Nach einem „Bummel durch Europa“ und „Loud & Proud“ lautet es heuer: „Voices“. JAZZ-SOMMER 2025 im Hotel Bayerischer Hof

Der Jazz Sommer 2025 steht im Zeichen des ältesten und universellsten aller Instrumente: der Menschlichen Stimme. Im Jazz werden Gesangslinien im Zusammenspiel mit Klavier, Saxofon oder Trompete zum mitreißenden Sound.

Das Jazz-Fest im Bayerischen Hof beginnt, am 21. Juli 2025 mit dem Vorboten-Auftritt der Kurt Maas Jazz Award-Preisträgerin Katharina Pfeifer im Nightclub des Hotels.

Es folgt die offizielle Eröffnung am 22. Juli

... mit Vernissage - auf Einladung - zur Fotoausstellung "Famous Faces" mit berühmten Musiker-Porträts aus der Foto-Sammlung von Stephen Hoffman

und der Auftritt von Dee Dee Bridgewater, die First Lady des klassischen amerikanischen Jazzgesangs, im Festsaal.

Auf diese unumstrittene Jazz-Queen folgen zwei Stars der amerikanischen Jazz-Szene

der Gewinner des Sarah-Vaughan-Wettbewerbs Tyreek McDole
und der Grammy-nominierte Christie Dashiell Rising

Münchens größte Gesangshoffnung

Alma Naidu bringt als special guest Torsten Goods mit, der als der „deutsche George Benson“ gefeiert wird.
Dann kommt das europäische All-Star-Quartet Liberetto des schwedischen Bassisten und Cellisten Lars Danielsson
und schließlich das Jazz Department der Söhne Mannheims - die dann alle Genre-Grenzen von Jazz, Hip-Hop bis Pop niederreißen.
