Zamanand Festival – Munich celebrates with a free street festival featuring music, workshops, and interactive activities
On September 12 and 13, 2026, the "Zamanand" festival will take place on Ludwigstraße in Munich, stretching between the Feldherrnhalle and the Siegestor. Admission is free (ENGLISH, DEUTSCH, ITALIANO)
Munich. On September 12 and 13, the Zamanand Festival transforms Ludwigstraße—between the Feldherrnhalle and the Siegestor—into a vibrant festival zone. Munich locals and visitors from all over the world gather for this urban street festival in the heart of the Bavarian state capital. The event features live music and DJs on multiple stages, fantastic workshops, creative hands-on activities, and numerous information booths. In 2026, the festival celebrates the 25th anniversary of the car-free day. The event is organized by Zamanand gUG in cooperation with the Department of Climate and Environmental Protection and Sparda-Bank. Both festivals are held under the patronage of Munich Mayor Dominik Krause. Admission is free.
