Motorworld Munich is always an exciting destination: Admission is free of charge, with opening hours from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Sundays and public holidays. (For directions and upcoming events, please see below!)

Motorworld Munich. The fifth anniversary of Motorworld Munich was celebrated by over 20,000 enthusiastic visitors. Excitement was palpable right from the start of the event in the morning, and the festivities continued deep into the night. Motorworld’s high-caliber brand portfolio was on full display, featuring international manufacturers of premium and super sports cars—including BMW, Ferrari, McLaren, Bugatti, Maserati, Lotus, Renault Alpine, Triumph Motorcycles, Porsche, Genesis, Pal-V, Microlino, and Sonax—as well as various American car brands. The event also showcased exclusive vehicle customizers, specialists, and service providers—most notably Allianz, Motorworld’s partner and insurance provider, as well as the event’s title sponsor.

Rare icons of automotive history stood side by side at the anniversary celebration:

• a Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Stirling Moss,
• a prized Ferrari Enzo,
• a BMW 3.0 CSL prototype,
• as well as the one-of-a-kind BMW M8 MotoGP Safety Car—

to name just a few of the rarities on display.

This high-caliber presentation was further complemented by a multitude of classic automobiles:

• ranging from the James Bond icon—the Aston Martin DB5 Goldfinger Continuation—
• to lovingly restored VW Beetles,
• and even a Messerschmitt Kabinenroller;
• these vehicles were showcased as part of the "Show Parking" area, alongside many other noteworthy collectibles on both two and four wheels.

Maren Braun moderated the emotional highlights – a perfect blend of technology, emotion, and entertainment:

The firing up of the two original BMW Sauber F1 Team Formula 1 race cars from the 2007 season gave the audience goosebumps.

The exciting auction by Lisette Rosenkranz crowned the day's program with an interesting selection of lots, with a maximum bid of around €50,000.

All the tenants at Motorworld Munich participated in the event with great creativity and commitment, creating an unforgettable experience with a multitude of fascinating highlights.

A spectacular nighttime drive-through and the grand anniversary party provided a dazzling finale to the day.

Die Motorworld in München ist immer spannend: Sie kann von Montag bis Samstag von 7.30 – 22.00 Uhr und an Sonn- und Feiertagen von 10.00 – 22.00 Uhr kostenfrei besucht werden (Anreise und kommende Events siehe unten!) (ENGLISH)

Motorworld München. Das fünfjährige Bestehen der Münchner Motorworld wurde mit über 20.000 begeisterten Besucherinnen und Besuchern gefeiert. Bereits morgens zum Eventstart war die Begeisterung groß. Gefeiert wurde  bis tief in die Nacht - das hochkarätige Markenportfolio in der Motorworld präsentierte sich mit internationalen Premium- und Supersportwagenherstellern wie BMW, Ferrari, McLaren, Bugatti, Maserati, Lotus, Renault Alpine, Triumph Motorrad, Porsche, Genesis, Pal-V, Microlino, Sonax verschiedene US-Car-Brands ebenso wie exklusive Veredler, Spezialisten und Servicedienstleister darunter insbesondere auch die Allianz, Partnerin und Versicherin der Motorworld sowie Namensgeberin des Events.

Seltene Ikonen der Automobilgeschichte standen bei der Jubiläumsfeier Seite an Seite

•  Ein Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Stirling Moss,

•  sowie das Unikat des BMW M8 MotoGP Safety Cars,

 um nur einige wenige Raritäten zu nennen. 

Ergänzt wurde die hochwertige Präsentation auch mit einer Vielzahl klassischer Automobile: 

• von der James-Bond-Ikone Aston Martin DB5 Goldfinger Continuation 
• über liebevoll restaurierte VW Käfer 
• bis hin zu einem Messerschmitt Kabinenroller, 

die sich im Rahmen des Showparkings präsentierten und viele weitere sehenswerte Sammlerstücke auf zwei und vier Rädern. 

Emotionale Höhepunkte moderierte Maren Braun - alles verband Technik, Emotion und Entertainment:

•  Der Fire-Up der beiden originalen Formel-1-Rennwagen des BMW-Sauber-F1-Teams aus der Saison 2007 löste im Publikum einen Gänsehautmoment aus. 
• Die spannende Auktion by Lisette Rosenkranz, krönte das Tagesprogramm der Veranstaltung mit einem interessanten Angebot bei einer Obergrenze von rund 50.000 Euro für die einzelnen Lose.
•  Mit großer Kreativität und viel Engagement beteiligten sich sämtliche Mieter in der Motorworld München am Event und sorgten für ein unvergessliches Gesamterlebniss mit einer Vielzahl faszinierender Highlights. 
• Eine stimmungsvolle Durchfahrt bei Nacht und die große Jubiläumsparty bildeten den glanzvollen Tagesabschluss.

Autostadt Wolfsburg esporrà al Bremen Classic Motorshow 2026 le auto d'epoca che hanno segnato una nuova era nella mobilità: 80 anni fa iniziò la produzione in serie del Maggiolino VW; un prototipo unico di hypercar Bugatti sarà presentato al pubblico per la prima volta; e la mostra speciale 4x4 presenterà auto d'epoca a trazione integrale

Dal 30 gennaio al 1° febbraio 2026, Autostadt sarà presente al Bremen Classic Motorshow nel Padiglione 5 con stand collettivo 5D08 (Deutsch, English, Français, Italiano)

Brema. Il Bremen Classic Motorshow riunisce tutti gli appassionati di auto d'epoca e moderne della Germania settentrionale. Come annunciato da Autostadt Wolfsburg, saranno esposte pietre miliari dell'automotive. I nuovi inizi del mondo della mobilità saranno rappresentati da tre veicoli speciali di Autostadt. È difficile da credere, ma oltre 80 anni fa iniziò la produzione in serie del Maggiolino VW … Inoltre, iniziò la produzione di auto sportive omologate per la circolazione su strada e fu presentato per la prima volta al pubblico un prototipo della collezione ZeitHaus: la Lamborghini Diablo, equipaggiata con un motore Bugatti a 16 cilindri. Il salone speciale "4x4 Performance" presentò diverse auto sportive classiche a trazione integrale. Tra queste, il veicolo di prova che segnò il rilancio del marchio all'interno del Gruppo Volkswagen e aprì la strada alla Veyron.

80 anni del Maggiolino VW: da "Ora Zero" a Milionario

Autostadt Wolfsburg presenterà mostre itineranti dalla sua collezione ZeitHaus:

Dall'inizio della produzione in serie del Maggiolino, alla fine del 1945, fino al 1955, si è potuta osservare una sottile evoluzione del modello: basti menzionare il "Bretzel Disc" (Maggiolino Tipo 1)... Al Bremen Classic Motorshow sarà esposto l'ultimo esemplare prodotto nel 1945 (completato il 30 dicembre).

Un modello sezionato di un Maggiolino del 1948 offre una straordinaria panoramica sulla tecnologia di questo bestseller.

La terza esposizione è la milionesima Volkswagen: un modello unico color oro del 1955.

Il Maggiolino, simbolo di un nuovo inizio, è diventato un'icona del "miracolo economico" tedesco in poco meno di 10 anni...

Gli appassionati di Bugatti possono vivere qui il viaggio da sogno a auto da sogno:

Il rilancio di Bugatti all'interno del Gruppo Volkswagen è in fase di visualizzazione a Brema.

La Lamborghini Diablo giallo brillante è un vero e proprio colpo d'occhio. Autostadt presenta il modello alla mostra speciale "4x4 Performance":

Nel prototipo esposto, batte per la prima volta il cuore del leggendario motore W16, al posto del Lamborghini V12. Questo motore ha reso la Bugatti Veyron un'icona nel corso degli anni.

Il telaio tubolare è stato allungato e modificato per ospitare il motore a sedici cilindri con cilindrata di otto litri e quattro turbocompressori.

Al salone, il prototipo giallo è esposto con i pannelli della carrozzeria rimossi, consentendo ai visitatori di ammirare l'incredibile trasmissione posteriore.

Autostadt Wolfsburg présentera des voitures classiques qui ont marqué une nouvelle ère de la mobilité au Salon de l'automobile classique de Brême 2026 : il y a 80 ans, la production en série de la Coccinelle Volkswagen débutait ; un prototype unique d'hypercar Bugatti sera dévoilé au public pour la première fois ; et l'exposition spéciale 4x4 présentera des voitures classiques à transmission intégrale

Du 30 janvier au 1er février 2026, Autostadt sera présent au Salon de l'automobile classique de Brême, dans le hall 5, sur le stand commun 5D08 (Deutsch, English, Français, Italiano)

Brême. Le Salon de l'automobile classique de Brême rassemble tous les passionnés de voitures classiques et de voitures de collection modernes du nord de l'Allemagne. Comme l'annonce Autostadt Wolfsburg, le salon exposera des modèles emblématiques de l'automobile. Les débuts de l'histoire de la mobilité seront illustrés par trois véhicules exceptionnels d'Autostadt. Difficile à croire, mais il y a plus de 80 ans, la production en série de la Coccinelle Volkswagen commençait … Par ailleurs, la production de voitures de sport homologuées pour la route a débuté et un prototype de la collection ZeitHaus a été présenté au public pour la première fois : la Lamborghini Diablo, équipée d’un moteur Bugatti 16 cylindres. Le salon automobile spécial « 4x4 Performance » mettait en vedette diverses voitures de sport classiques à transmission intégrale. Parmi elles figurait le véhicule d’essai qui a marqué la relance de la marque au sein du groupe Volkswagen et a ouvert la voie à la Veyron.

80 ans de la VW Coccinelle : De ses débuts à son statut de modèle emblématique

Autostadt Wolfsburg présentera des expositions itinérantes issues de sa collection ZeitHaus :

Du début de la production en série de la Coccinelle fin 1945 jusqu’en 1955, on a pu observer une évolution subtile du modèle : citons par exemple la « Beetle à disque bretzel » (Coccinelle Type 1)… Au Bremen Classic Motorshow, le dernier exemplaire produit en 1945 sera exposé (achevé le 30 décembre).

Une maquette en coupe d'une Coccinelle de 1948 offre un aperçu exceptionnel de la technologie de ce modèle à succès.

La troisième pièce exposée est la millionième Volkswagen : un modèle unique en or de 1955.

La Coccinelle, symbole d'un nouveau départ, est devenue une icône du « miracle économique » allemand en moins de dix ans…

Les passionnés de Bugatti peuvent découvrir ici le chemin parcouru, du rêve à la voiture de rêve :

La renaissance de Bugatti au sein du groupe Volkswagen se concrétise à Brême.

La Lamborghini Diablo jaune vif attire tous les regards. Autostadt présente ce modèle lors de l'exposition spéciale « 4x4 Performance » :

Dans le prototype exposé, le cœur du légendaire moteur W16 bat pour la première fois, remplaçant le V12 Lamborghini. Ce moteur a fait de la Bugatti Veyron une icône au fil des années.

Le châssis tubulaire a été allongé et modifié pour accueillir le moteur seize cylindres de huit litres, doté de quatre turbocompresseurs.

Lors de l'exposition, le prototype jaune est présenté sans ses panneaux de carrosserie, permettant aux visiteurs d'admirer l'incroyable transmission située à l'arrière.

From January 30 to February 1, 2026 – Autostadt will be at the Bremen Classic Motorshow in Hall 5 with joint stand 5D08 (Deutsch, English, Français, Italiano)

Bremen. The Bremen Classic Motorshow brings together all classic and modern classic car enthusiasts in Northern Germany. As Autostadt Wolfsburg announces, it will be exhibiting automotive milestones. The new beginnings of the mobile world will be visualized with three special vehicles from Autostadt. It's hard to believe, but over 80 years ago, series production of the VW Beetle began …. Furthermore, production of road-legal sports cars began, and a prototype from the ZeitHaus collection was presented to the public for the first time: the Lamborghini Diablo – equipped with a 16-cylinder Bugatti engine. The special "4x4 Performance" motor show featured various classic sports cars with all-wheel drive. Among them was the test vehicle that marked the brand's relaunch within the Volkswagen Group and paved the way for the Veyron.

80 Years of the VW Beetle: From "Zero Hour" to Millionaire

Autostadt Wolfsburg will be presenting mobile exhibits from its ZeitHaus collection:

From the start of Beetle series production at the end of 1945 until 1955, a subtle evolution of the model could be observed: we'll just mention the "Pretzel Disc" (Beetle Type 1)... At the Bremen Classic Motorshow, the last example produced in 1945 will be on display (completed on December 30).

A cutaway model of a 1948 Beetle offers extraordinary insights into the technology of this bestseller.

The third exhibit is the one-millionth Volkswagen: a unique golden model from 1955.

The Beetle, a symbol of a new beginning, became an icon of the German "economic miracle" in just under 10 years…

Bugatti enthusiasts can experience the journey from dream to dream car here: bright yellow Lamborghini Diablo

The relaunch of Bugatti within the Volkswagen Group is being visualized in Bremen.

The bright yellow Lamborghini Diablo is a real eye-catcher. Autostadt is presenting the model at the special exhibition "4x4 Performance":

In the prototype on display, the heart of the legendary W16 engine beat for the first time, instead of the Lamborghini V12. This engine made the Bugatti Veyron an icon over the years.

The tubular space frame was lengthened and modified to accommodate the sixteen-cylinder engine with its eight-liter displacement and four turbochargers.

At the show, the yellow prototype is displayed with its body panels removed, allowing visitors a glimpse of the incredible drivetrain in the rear.

Bremen. Die Bremen Classic Motorshow führt alle Old- und Youngtimer-Fans in Norddeutschland zusammen. Wie die Autostadt aus Wolfsburg mitteilt wird sie Automobile Meilensteine ausstellen. Die  Neuanfänge der mobilen Welt werden mit drei besonderen Fahrzeugen aus der Autostadt visualisiert. Kaum zu glauben vor  gut 80 Jahren startete die Serienproduktion des VW Käfer ... Außerdem ging die strassentaugliche Sportwagenproduktion los, hierzu wird ein Prototyp aus der Zeithaus-Sammlung zum ersten Mal der Öffentlichkeit vorgestellt: Lamborghini Diablo - her ist mit einem 16-Zylinder-Motor von Bugatti ausgestattet. Auf der Motorshow-Sonderschau „4×4-Performance“ werden diverse sportliche Klassiker mit Allradantrieb gezeigt. Hierzu ist das Erprobungsfahrzeug, das für Neustart der Marke im Volkswagen Konzern stand gezeigt, das den Weg zum Veyron ebnete.

80 Jahre VW Käfer: von der „Stunde null“ zum Millionär

Die Autostadt aus Wolfsburg präsentiert mobile Exponate aus der Zeithaus-Sammlung: 

1. Vom Beginn der Käfer-Serienfertigung Ende 1945 bis ins Jahr 1955 war ein feiner Wandel im Modell zu beobachten: wir sagen nur BREZELSCHEIBE (Käfer Typ 1) ... Auf der Bremen Classic Motorshow wird das das letzte Exempoar, das im Jahr 1945 produziert wurde zu sehen (fertiggestellt am 30. Dezember).
2. Ein Käfer-Schnittmodell von 1948 bietet außergewöhnliche Einblicke in die Technik des Bestsellers. 
3. Als Dritter im Bunde wird der einmillionste Volkswagen gezeigt: ein goldenes Unikat von 1955.

Der Käfer vom Neuanfang wurde in knapp 10 Jahren zur Ikone des deutschen „Wirtschaftswunders“  ...

Visualisiert wird in Bremen der Neustart von Bugatti im Volkswagen Konzern

Der grellgelbe Lamborghini Diablo ist ein EYE-Catcher. Die Autostadt präsentiert das Modell bei der Sonderschau „4x4 Performance“:

Bei dem gezeigten Prototyp pochte anstatt des Lamborghini-V12 zum ersten Mal das Herz des legendären W16-Motors. Dieser Motor machte den Bugatti Veyron im Laufe der Jahre zur Ikone. 

Der Gitterrohrrahmen wurde dazu verlängert und angepasst, denn der  Sechzehnzylinder mit acht Litern Hubraum und vier Turboladern brauchte Platz. 

Auf der Show wird der gelbe Prototyp mit demontierter Verkleidung  ausgestellt, damit man Blick auf den unglaublichen Antriebsstrang im Heck wagen kann.

Planai-Classic 2026 - Gennaio è la stagione delle auto d'epoca... :-)) Si parte: tra le montagne innevate con la vostra auto d'epoca. Vivete da vicino il panorama alpino alla guida di questi rari tesori automobilistici lungo tornanti innevati. Il piacere di guida e l'emozione di pilota e copilota aumenteranno sicuramente a ogni chilometro... :-)) .-))) Un rally invernale che regala agli appassionati di auto d'epoca una scarica di adrenalina in più. La 29a edizione della Planai Classic, che si terrà dall'8 al 10 gennaio 2026, promette di essere uno dei principali eventi dell'anno dedicati alle auto d'epoca. Numerosi partecipanti provenienti da otto nazioni si recheranno all'evento e si sfideranno in uno dei rally invernali più rinomati, in tipiche condizioni di neve. Tra i 66 veicoli iscritti, saranno esposti diversi gioielli dell'automobilismo. Si dice che l'auto più antica risalga al 1924. Una Bentley 3/4.5 Red Label Speed, con la sua tecnologia collaudata, e il suo pilota dimostreranno le loro impressionanti capacità.

Planai-Classic 2026 - LE Rallye d'hiver : Les passionnés de neige parcourent les routes enneigées du Schladming-Dachstein, en Styrie (Autriche), au volant de leurs précieuses voitures de collection

L'événement phare de l'année pour les voitures classiques se déroule du 8 au 10 janvier sur le massif du Dachstein – voitures classiques et magie de la nature (Deutsch,  English, Français, Italiano)

Planai-Classic 2026 - Janvier est le mois des voitures classiques… :-)) En route ! Partez à la découverte des montagnes enneigées avec votre voiture de collection. Admirez le panorama alpin au plus près en conduisant ces joyaux automobiles rares sur des routes sinueuses balayées par la neige. Le plaisir et l'excitation du conducteur et du passager s'intensifieront à chaque kilomètre… :-)) .-))) Un rallye d'hiver qui promet une bonne dose d'adrénaline aux passionnés de voitures classiques. La 29e édition du Planai Classic, qui se déroulera du 8 au 10 janvier 2026, promet d'être l'un des événements phares de l'année pour les voitures classiques. De nombreux participants venus de huit pays se rendront à l'événement pour s'affronter dans l'un des rallyes hivernaux les plus réputés, dans des conditions hivernales typiques. Parmi les 66 véhicules inscrits, plusieurs joyaux automobiles seront exposés. La voiture la plus ancienne daterait de 1924. Une Bentley 3/4.5 Red Label Speed, forte de sa technologie éprouvée, et son pilote démontreront leurs impressionnantes performances.

Planai-Classic 2026 - January is classic car season... :-)) Let's go: into the snow-covered mountains with your classic car. Experience the Alpine panorama up close while driving these rare automotive treasures along snow-covered switchbacks. The driving pleasure and excitement of both driver and co-driver will certainly increase with every kilometer... :-)) .-))) A winter rally that gives classic car enthusiasts an extra adrenaline rush. The 29th Planai Classic, taking place from January 8th to 10th, 2026, promises to be one of the year's major classic car highlights. Many participants from eight nations will travel to the event and compete in one of the most renowned winter rallies under typical snowy conditions. Among the 66 registered vehicles, several automotive gems will be on display. The oldest car is said to date back to 1924. A Bentley 3/4.5 Red Label Speed, with its time-tested technology, and its driver will demonstrate their impressive capabilities.

Planai-Classic 2026 - Januar ist Oldtimerzeit ... :-)) Auf geht's: mit dem Oldtimer in die schneebedeckten Berge. Das  Alpenpanorama  lässt sich beim lenken der raren mobilen Schätze über eingeschneite Serpentinen hautnah erleben. Mit Sicherheit wird die Fahrfreude und Begeisterung bei Fahrer und Beifahrer mit jedem Kilometer steigen ... :-))  .-)))  Eine Winter-Rallye, die Oldtimer-Freunden einen zusätzlichen Adrenalin-Kick gibt. Die 29. Planai-Classic lässt vom 8. bis 10. Jänner 2026 eines der großen Oldtimer-Jahresstart-Highlights  erleben. Viele Teilnehmer  werden aus 8 Nationen anreisen und bei weißen Winter-Wetterbedingungen eine der bekanntesten Winterrallyes austragen. Unter den 66 angemeldeten Fahrzeugen wird so manches Highlight der Automobilgeschichte starten. So soll das älteste Auto sogar aus dem Jahr 1924 stammen. Am Donnerstag, den 8. Januar geht es los. Am Hauptplatz in Schladming stehen die Klassiker der Autogeschichte bis 16:00 Uhr zur Besichtigung aufgereiht.

Rare Oldtimer bis in das Baujahr 1972 werden heuer im Winterwunderland rund um Schladming fahren. In der Region Schladming-Dachstein wird das rollende Garagengold rund 200 Kilometer zurücklegen - und das in einer kurzen, aber knackigen 3-Tages-Rallye, die es in sich hat.

Wolfsburg – Autostadt in Wolfsburg is expanding its collection with vehicles and exhibits from the Bugatti brand. We fondly remember the 1990s: those were the days when, alongside numerous new VW models, a different Bugatti was always on display at the Autostadt in Berlin. Now we can admire all the models in Wolfsburg, because: the ZeitHaus in Wolfsburg has expanded its collection with several new additions, including prototypes and test vehicles from the era when Bugatti was part of the Volkswagen Group. With this exhibition, Autostadt highlights a significant chapter in automotive history, one that Bugatti wrote with its super sports cars! Visitors can now experience Bugatti's super models firsthand. The new "Mythos Bugatti" exhibition can be visited daily during Autostadt's opening hours, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a valid day or annual pass. This is also a great tip for motorsport enthusiasts and Bugatti fans who want to enjoy a wonderful day out with their families during the Autostadt's Winter Wonderland.

A new exhibition area at the ZeitHaus, dedicated to the Bugatti myth, builds upon the permanent exhibition "Relationship Boxes" and adopts its core principle:

Automobiles tell stories in pairs and trios. Five themed islands now showcase Bugatti vehicles – some with obvious, others surprising commonalities. This creates connections that reveal technical and design links, making the development of the Bugatti brand within the Volkswagen Group comprehensible for visitors.

The Vision

Designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro, the Bugatti EB 118 (1998)

with its 18-cylinder engine, embodies the first concrete vision for the brand's revival within the Volkswagen Group. Complementing this is the engine of the EB 218 – which formed the technical basis for subsequent production models.

Two design models from 1999 document the journey from concept to true supercar. The first model is by Hartmut Warkuß and Jozef Kabaň, the second by Walter de Silva. Both showcase different approaches from renowned vehicle designers and illustrate how the vision gradually evolved into an automotive milestone.

Roadster

The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse (2012)

was the fastest convertible of its time and embodies the Bugatti DNA: technical perfection, extreme performance, and unparalleled exclusivity. On the Roadster Island, the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport is presented in two versions – one with a hardtop and one as an open-top.

Special Edition

With the Divo (2019) and the Centodieci (2021), Bugatti presented two exclusive limited-edition models.

The Divo was designed for maximum cornering performance, featuring optimized aerodynamics and reduced weight.

The Centodieci was inspired by the design DNA of the legendary Bugatti EB 110, produced between 1991 and 1995.

Achim Anscheidt, who shaped the brand's style for over 19 years, was responsible for this reinterpretation.

World Record Car

The Bugatti Chiron WRC 300+ (2019) was the first production car in the world to reach a speed of over 300 mph (482 km/h) – literally a milestone in automotive history.

With a top speed of over 490 km/h, the record-breaking vehicle set a benchmark for internal combustion engines that still stands today. This themed area is complemented by the W16 engine – the central element of this record.

Wolfsburg: l'Autostadt di Wolfsburg amplia la sua collezione con veicoli e pezzi d'esposizione del marchio Bugatti. Ricordiamo con affetto gli anni '90: erano i tempi in cui, accanto a numerosi nuovi modelli VW, all'Unter den Linden di Berlino era sempre esposta una Bugatti diversa. Ora possiamo ammirare tutti i modelli a Wolfsburg, perché: la ZeitHaus di Wolfsburg ha ampliato la sua collezione con diverse nuove aggiunte, tra cui prototipi e veicoli di prova dell'epoca in cui Bugatti faceva parte del Gruppo Volkswagen. Con questa mostra, Autostadt mette in luce un capitolo significativo della storia dell'automobile, scritto da Bugatti con le sue supersportive! I visitatori possono ora ammirare in prima persona i modelli Bugatti. La nuova mostra "Mythos Bugatti" è visitabile tutti i giorni durante gli orari di apertura di Autostadt, dalle 9:00 alle 17:00, con un abbonamento giornaliero o annuale valido. Un'ottima idea anche per gli appassionati di motorsport e i fan di Bugatti che desiderano trascorrere una splendida giornata con le loro famiglie durante l'evento "Winter Magic" di Autostadt.

Una nuova area espositiva nella ZeitHaus dedicata al mito Bugatti si basa sulla mostra permanente "Relationship Boxes" e ne adotta il principio fondamentale:

Le automobili raccontano storie in coppia o in trio. I pezzi del marchio Bugatti sono ora esposti in cinque isole tematiche, con punti in comune a volte evidenti, a volte sorprendenti. Questo crea connessioni che rivelano legami tecnici e di design e rendono comprensibile ai visitatori lo sviluppo del marchio Bugatti all'interno del Gruppo Volkswagen.

La Visione

Progettata da Giorgetto Giugiaro, la Bugatti EB 118 (1998)

con il suo motore a 18 cilindri, incarna la prima visione concreta per la "rinascita" del marchio all'interno del Gruppo Volkswagen. Inoltre, è esposto anche il motore della EB 218, che ha costituito la base tecnica per i successivi modelli di produzione.

Concept Car

Qui sono esposte le origini della Veyron:

Due modelli di design del 1999 documentano il percorso da concept a vera supercar. Il primo modello è di Hartmut Warkuß e Jozef Kabaň, il secondo di Walter de Silva. Entrambi mostrano i diversi approcci di rinomati designer di veicoli e illustrano come la visione si sia gradualmente evoluta in una pietra miliare dell'automobile.

Roadster

La Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse (2012)

è stata la decappottabile più veloce del suo tempo e incarna il DNA Bugatti: perfezione tecnica, prestazioni estreme ed esclusività senza pari. Nell'Isola Roadster, la Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport è presentata in due versioni: una con tetto rigido e una decappottabile.

Edizioni Speciali

Con la Divo (2019) e la Centodieci (2021), Bugatti ha presentato due esclusivi modelli in edizione limitata.

La Divo è stata progettata per le massime prestazioni in curva, con un'aerodinamica ottimizzata e un peso ridotto.

La Centodieci si ispira al DNA stilistico della leggendaria Bugatti EB 110, prodotta tra il 1991 e il 1995.

Achim Anscheidt, che ha plasmato lo stile del marchio per oltre 19 anni, è stato il responsabile di questa reinterpretazione.

Auto da record mondiale

La Bugatti Chiron WRC 300+ (2019) è stata la prima auto di serie al mondo a raggiungere una velocità superiore a 300 mph (482 km/h), una vera e propria pietra miliare nella storia dell'automobile.

Con una velocità massima di oltre 490 km/h, l'auto da record ha stabilito un punto di riferimento per i motori a combustione interna, che resiste ancora oggi. Quest'area tematica è completata dal motore W16, l'elemento centrale di questo record.

può essere visitata tutti i giorni durante gli orari di apertura dell'Autostadt, dalle 9:00 alle 17:00, con un abbonamento giornaliero o annuale valido.

Wolfsburg – Die Autostadt in Wolfsburg erweitert ihre Sammlung um Fahrzeuge und Exponate der Marke Bugatti. - Gerne erinnern wir uns an die 90er Jahre: Das waren noch Zeiten als Unter den Linden in Berlin neben zahlreichen neuen Modellen von VW auch jeweils ein anderer Bugatti ausgestellt wurde. Jetzt können wir alle Modelle in Wolfsburg bestaunen, denn: Das Zeithaus in Wolfsburg hat seine Sammlung um einige Neuzugänge wie Prototypen und Testfahrzeuge aus der Ära, in der Bugatti Teil des Volkswagen Konzerns war, erweitert. Die Autostadt verweist mit der Ausstellung auf ein bedeutendes Kapitel der Automobilgeschichte, das Bugatti mit seinen Supersportwagen schrieb! Die Supermodelle von Bugatti sind ab sofort für Besucher erlebbar.  Die neue Ausstellung Mythos Bugatti kann täglich während der Öffnungszeiten der Autostadt von 9 bis 17 Uhr mit einer gültigen Tages- oder Jahreskarte besucht werden. Dies ist auch ein Supertipp für Motorsportliebhaber und Bugatti-Fans, die mit ihrer Familie beim Winterzauber in der Autostadt einen schönen Tag erleben wollen.

Ein neuer Ausstellungsbereich im Zeithaus zum Mythos Bugatti knüpft an die Dauerausstellung „Beziehungskisten“ an und greift deren Prinzip auf: 

Automobile erzählen Geschichten in Paaren und Trios. Auf fünf Themeninseln werden ab sofort Exponate der Marke Bugatti gezeigt – mit teils offensichtlichen, teils überraschenden Gemeinsamkeiten. So entstehen Verbindungen, die technische und gestalterische Bezüge sichtbar machen und die Entwicklung der Marke Bugatti im Volkswagen Konzern für Besucherinnen und Besucher nachvollziehbar werden lassen.

Die Vision

Entworfen von Giorgetto Giugiaro, verkörpert der Bugatti EB 118 (1998) 

mit seinem 18-Zylinder-Motor die erste konkrete Vision für die „Wiederbelebung“ der Marke im Volkswagen Konzern. Ergänzend dazu wird der Motor des EB 218 gezeigt – er bildete die technische Grundlage für die späteren Serienmodelle.

Concept Cars

Die Entstehung des Veyron wird hier sichtbar: 

Zwei Designmodelle aus dem Jahr 1999 dokumentieren den Weg vom Konzept zum echten Supersportwagen. Das erste Modell stammt von Hartmut Warkuß und Jozef Kabaň, das zweite von Walter de Silva. Beide zeigen unterschiedliche Ansätze renommierter Fahrzeugdesigner und verdeutlichen, wie sich die Vision Schritt für Schritt zu einem automobilen Meilenstein entwickelte.

Roadster

Der Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse (2012) 

war das schnellste Cabriolet seiner Zeit und verkörpert die Bugatti-DNA: technische Perfektion, extreme Leistung und unvergleichliche Exklusivität. Auf der Roadster-Insel wird der Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport in zwei Varianten gezeigt – einmal geschlossen und einmal als Open-Top-Version.

Special Edition

Mit dem Divo (2019) und dem Centodieci (2021) präsentierte Bugatti zwei exklusive Kleinserien. 

Der Divo wurde – mit optimierter Aerodynamik und reduziertem Gewicht – auf maximale Kurvenperformance ausgelegt. 

Die Design-DNA des legendären, zwischen 1991 und 1995 produzierten Bugatti EB 110 war Vorbild für den Centodieci. 

Verantwortlich für die Neuinterpretation war Achim Anscheidt, der die Marke über 19 Jahre stilistisch geprägt hat.

World Record Car

Der Bugatti Chiron WRC 300+ (2019) erreichte als erstes Serienauto der Welt eine Geschwindigkeit von über 300 Meilen pro Stunde (482 km/h) – wortwörtlich ein Meilenstein der Automobilgeschichte. 

Das Rekordfahrzeug setzte mit einem Topspeed von über 490 km/h eine Bestmarke für Verbrenner, die bis heute Bestand hat. Ergänzt wird diese Themeninsel durch den W16-Motor – das zentrale Element dieses Rekords.
