Monaco. Consigliamo a tutti i visitatori della capitale bavarese la mostra "Art Nouveau. Made in Monaco" alla Kunsthalle di Monaco. Passeggiando da Marienplatz verso Odeonsplatz si passa davanti alla Kunsthalle e bisogna prendersi il tempo per vivere l'arte: chiunque vada alla Kunsthalle in questi giorni entrerà nel mondo intorno al 1900 e sperimenterà come "giovani artisti visionari di Monaco" iniziarono l'arte tradizionale per trasformarla sottosopra. A quel tempo era un periodo di innovazioni scientifiche e tecniche e la società era in subbuglio. Lo stile di vita differiva dai modelli storici, che gli artisti furono i primi a sentire, sentire e visualizzare con i propri mezzi. In mostra le nuove idee dell'arte moderna e del design. L'artigianato, ma anche la scultura e soprattutto la pittura e la grafica, hanno introdotto nuovi mondi visivi nella vita di tutti i giorni. La fotografia ha mostrato una nuova realtà. E nuove tendenze, in parte floreali, sono emerse anche nel mondo della moda e della gioielleria. La mostra mostra chiaramente il ruolo della città e degli artisti di Monaco come "culla dell'Art Nouveau in Germania". La mostra è stata curata insieme al Museo Civico di Monaco. Tutti i giorni dalle 10:00 alle 20:00 nella Kunsthalle di Monaco.

Monaco di Baviera come il primo e più importante centro dell'Art Nouveau in Germania

 

Nel 1892 venne fondata la prima Secessione tedesca e quattro anni dopo apparvero le prime riviste che presentarono al pubblico la nuova era in modo leggibile.

Il "Simplicissimus" e la rivista "Jugend", che alla fine diede il nome al nuovo movimento artistico, furono scritti e illustrati da artisti giovani e visionari. La stampa garantisce che nuove idee e visioni siano diffuse ampiamente. Monaco di Baviera divenne una metropoli culturale cosmopolita e alla fine del XIX secolo gli artisti vennero a studiare e vivere nella capitale bavarese.

 

Le opere di Richard Riemerschmid (1868-1957), Bruno Paul (1874-1968) e Hans Christiansen (1866-1945) dimostrano che l'Art Nouveau era versatile e che la libertà artistica interpretava tutte le questioni dell'epoca "Made in Monaco".

 Gli interni dei saloni e delle sale da pranzo mostrano come uno stile di vita fosse visualizzato nel senso di un'opera d'arte totale.

Alla VII Esposizione Internazionale d'Arte nell'ex Palazzo di Vetro, per la prima volta una sezione separata è stata dedicata al cabaret. Sono state esposte opere di Otto Eckmann (1865–1902), August Endell (1871–1925) e Bernhard Pankok (1872–1943), che presentavano arti decorative moderne. Vengono esposti mobili, tessuti, oggetti di uso quotidiano, dipinti e grafica che circondavano la vita dell'epoca.

En vous promenant de la Marienplatz vers l'Odeonsplatz, vous passez devant la Kunsthalle et devez prendre le temps de découvrir l'art : Quiconque se rend aujourd'hui à la Kunsthalle entrera dans le monde des années 1900 et découvrira comment les "jeunes artistes visionnaires de Munich" ont commencé à transformer l'art traditionnel en à l'envers. A cette époque, c’était une époque d’innovations scientifiques et techniques et la société était en bouleversement. Le mode de vie différait des modèles historiques, que les artistes furent les premiers à ressentir, ressentir et visualiser avec leurs propres moyens. Les nouvelles idées de l'art moderne et du design sont exposées. L'artisanat, mais aussi la sculpture et surtout la peinture et le graphisme, ont introduit de nouveaux mondes visuels dans la vie quotidienne. La photographie a montré une nouvelle réalité. Et de nouvelles tendances, en partie florales, ont également émergé dans le monde de la mode et de la joaillerie. L'exposition montre clairement le rôle de la ville et des artistes de Munich en tant que « berceau de l'Art nouveau en Allemagne ». L'exposition a été organisée en collaboration avec le Musée de la ville de Munich. Tous les jours de 10h à 20h à la Kunsthalle de Munich.

Munich, le premier et le plus important centre de l'Art nouveau en Allemagne

 La première Sécession allemande a été fondée en 1892 et quatre ans plus tard, sont apparus les premiers magazines qui présentaient au public la nouvelle ère de manière lisible.

Le "Simplicissimus" et le magazine "Jugend", qui a finalement donné son nom au nouveau mouvement artistique, ont été écrits et illustrés par de jeunes artistes visionnaires. La gravure garantit que les nouvelles idées et visions sont largement diffusées. Munich est devenue une métropole culturelle cosmopolite et à la fin du XIXe siècle, des artistes sont venus étudier et vivre dans la capitale bavaroise.

 Les œuvres de Richard Riemerschmid (1868-1957), Bruno Paul (1874-1968) et Hans Christiansen (1866-1945) montrent que l'Art nouveau était polyvalent et que la liberté artistique interprétait toutes les questions de l'époque « Made in Munich ».

 Les intérieurs des salons et des salles à manger montrent comment un style de vie a été visualisé dans le sens d'une œuvre d'art totale.

Lors de la VIIe Exposition Internationale d'Art dans l'ancien Palais de Verre, une section distincte a été consacrée pour la première fois au cabaret. Des œuvres d'Otto Eckmann (1865-1902), August Endell (1871-1925) et Bernhard Pankok (1872-1943), qui présentaient des arts décoratifs modernes, ont été exposées. Des meubles, des textiles, des objets du quotidien, des peintures et des graphiques qui entouraient la vie de l'époque sont présentés.

Il est situé au centre-ville de Munich, entre la Marienplatz et l'Odeonsplatz, dans le Fünf Höfe, sur la Theatinerstrasse. Il accueille environ 350 000 visiteurs chaque année. Munich as the earliest, most important center of Art Nouveau in Germany

 The first German Secession was founded in 1892 and four years later the first magazines appeared that brought the new era to the public in a readable way.

The "Simplicissimus" and the magazine "Jugend", which ultimately gave the new art movement its name, were written and illustrated by young and visionary artists. Printmaking ensures that new ideas and visions are spread widely. Munich became a cosmopolitan cultural metropolis and at the end of the 19th century artists came to study and live in the Bavarian capital.

 

Works by Richard Riemerschmid (1868-1957), Bruno Paul (1874-1968) and Hans Christiansen (1866-1945) show that Art Nouveau was versatile and that artistic freedom interpreted all questions of the time "Made in Munich".

 The interiors of the salons and dining rooms show how a lifestyle was visualized in the sense of a total work of art.

At the VII International Art Exhibition in the former Glass Palace, a separate section was dedicated to cabaret for the first time. Works by Otto Eckmann (1865–1902), August Endell (1871–1925) and Bernhard Pankok (1872–1943), which presented modern decorative arts, were shown. Furniture, textiles, everyday objects, paintings and graphics that surrounded the life of the time are shown.

München. Wir empfehlen allen Besuchern der Bayerischen Landeshauptstadt die Ausstellung "Jugendstil. Made in Munich" in der Kunsthalle München. Beim Flanieren vom Marienplatz in Richtung Odeonsplatz kommt man an der Kunsthalle vorbei und sollte sich die Zeit für ein Kunsterlebnis nehmen:  Wer dieser Tage in die Kunsthalle geht, betritt die Welt um 1900 und erlebt wie "junge visionäre Kunstschaffende in München" anfingen die traditionelle Kunst auf den Kopf zu stellen. Es war damals eine Zeit  wissenschaftlicher und technischer Neuerungen und die Gesellschaft war im Umbruch. Die Lebensführung grenzte sich von historischen Vorbildern ab, was die Künstler als Erste fühlten, spürten und mit ihren Mitteln visualisierten. Ausgestellt finden sich die neuen Ideen der Kunst und des Designs der Moderne. Das Kunsthandwerk, aber auch die Skulptur und insbesondere die Malerei und Grafik brachten neue Bildwelten in den Alltag. Die Fotografie zeigte eine neue Realität. Und auch in der Welt der Mode und des Schmuck kamen neue teils florale Trends auf. Die Ausstellung zeigt anschaulich die Rolle der Stadt und der Künslter Münchens als eine "Wiege des Jugendstils in Deutschland". Die Ausstellung wurde zusammen mit dem Münchner Stadtmuseums kuratiert. Täglich von 10 bis 20 Uhr in der Kunsthalle München.

München als frühestes, bedeutendstes Zentrum des  Jugendstils in Deutschland

 

Im Jahr 1892 wurde die erste deutsche Secession gegründet und ganze 4 Jahre darauf gab es die ersten Zeitschriften, die die neue Zeit lesbar in die Öffentlichkeit brachten. 

Der "Simplicissimus" und die Zeitschrift "Jugend", die der neuen Kunstrichtung schließlich auch den Namen gab, wurde von jungen und visionären Kunstschaffenden geschrieben und Illustriert. Die Druckgrafik sorge für eine streuende Verbreitung der neuen Ideen und Visionen. München wurde ein weltoffene Kulturmetropole und zum Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts kamen Kunstschaffende zum Studium und Kunstleben in die Bayerische Landeshauptstadt.

 

Werke von Richard Riemerschmid (1868–1957), Bruno Paul (1874–1968) oder Hans Christiansen (1866–1945) zeigen, das der Jugendstil vielseitig war und die künstlerische Freiheit alle Fragen der Zeit "Made in Munich" interpretierte.

Auf der VII. Internationalen Kunstausstellung  im einstigen Glaspalast wurde zum ersten Mal der  Kleinkunst eine eigene Abteilung gewidmet. Gezeigt wurden Arbeiten von Otto Eckmann (1865–1902), August Endell (1871–1925) und Bernhard Pankok (1872–1943), die ein modernes Kunstgewerbe präsentierten. Gezeigt werden Möbel, Textilien, Gebrauchsgegenstände, Gemälde und Grafiken die das Leben der Zeit umgaben.

Munich. Around 1900, artists opened a new era in art history: Art Nouveau. The Art Nouveau exhibition. Made in Munich (from October 25th, 2024 to March 23rd, 2025) shows how young visionary artists from Munich revolutionized the art of their time. Important objects and artifacts from the collection of the Munich City Museum in the Kunsthalle Munich. It was a phase of rapid scientific and technical innovations and profound social upheavals in Munich. People were looking for a new way of life. Historical models seemed antiquated and no longer fit into this emerging phase of young artists and visionaries in literature. A new artistic language was needed. Numerous new ideas and colorful designs created a spontaneous basis for the art and design of the so-called “modern”.  The magazine JUGEND was created and gave its name to this era!

The exhibition on youth style in the Kunsthalle Munich

The exhibition in the Kunsthalle takes up craftsmanship, the language of sculpture, the new expression in painting and graphics, and even in photography, the medium that shapes and dominates our time today and has shaped some icons of photo art. Added to this are the fashion and jewelry creations from around 1900, which document Munich's role as a "cradle of Art Nouveau in Germany".

 

Art Nouveau also overcame the late Baroque style of the Asam Brothers, which shaped the cityscape of Munich for a long time! At the end of the 19th century, artists across Europe were innovating. From 1896 onwards there was the magazine Jugend, whose program shed current and critical light on all areas of life. She became the namesake of the movement that described Art Nouveau.

The covers of the magazines are still collector's items today.

Names like Richard Riemerschmid, Bruno Paul and Hans Christiansen dictated their style.

Art Nouveau was not only known as an artistic movement. The big questions of the time were addressed in an aesthetic way.

München. Künstler öffneten um 1900 eine neue Epoche der Kunstgeschichte: den Jugendstil. Die Ausstellung Jugendstil. Made in Munich (vom 25.10.2024–23.3.2025) zeigt wie  junge visionäre Kunstschaffende von München aus die Kunst ihrer Zeit revolutionierten. Bedeutende Objekte und artefakte aus der Sammlung des Münchner Stadtmuseums in der Kunsthalle München. Es war eine Phase rasanter wissenschaftlicher und technischer Neuerungen und tiefgreifender gesellschaftlicher Umbrüche in München. Man suchte nach einer neuen Lebensführung. Historische Vorbilder schienen antiquiert und passten nicht mehr in diese Aufbruchsphase der jungen Künstler und Visionäre der Literatur. Man brauchte eine neue  Kunstsprache. Zahlreiche neue Ideen und bunte Entwürfe schufen eine spontane Grundlage für die Kunst und das Design der sogenannten "Moderne".  Die Zeitschrift JUGEND entstand und wurde zum Namensgeber dieser Epoche!

Die Ausstellung zum Jugendstiel in der Kunsthalle München

Die Ausstellung in der Kunsthalle greift das Kunsthandwerk, die Skulpturensprache, den neuen Ausdruck in der Malerei und Grafik, und: ja sogar in der Fotografie auf, dem Medium, dass heute unsere Zeit prägt, dominiert und einige Ikonen der Photokunst prägte. Hinzu kommen die Mode und die Schmuck-Kreationen der Zeit um 1900, die die Rolle Münchens als eine "Wiege des Jugendstils in Deutschland" dokumentiert.

 

Der Jugendstil überwand auch diesen Spätbarocken Stil der Asambrüder, der das Stadtbild Münchens lange prägte! Die Ideen und Entwürfe dokumentieren zusammen mit den Kunstwerken - insgesamt über 400 Objekte aus Malerei, Grafik, Skulptur, Fotografie, Design und Mode - jene Rolle Münchens für die Epoche und als sogenannte Wiege des Jugendstils in Deutschland

Zum Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts Kunstschaffende kam es in ganz Europa zu Innovationen. Ab 1896 gab es die Zeitschrift Jugend, deren Programm alle  Lebensbereiche aktuell und kritisch beleuchtete. Sie wurde zur Namensgeberin der Strömung die den Jugendstil umschrieb.

Die Titelseiten der Zeitschriften sind bis heute Sammlerobjekte.

Namen wie  Richard Riemerschmid, Bruno Paul oder Hans Christiansen gaben ihren Stil vor.

Der Jugendstil wurde nicht nur als künstlerische Bewegung bekannt. Man stellte sich den großen Fragen der Zeit auf ästhetisch  Weise.
