L'événement culte autour des voitures américaines pour toute la famille !

L'histoire de l'automobile américaine a traversé l'Atlantique pour atteindre l'Europe, notamment grâce à la télévision. On croise parfois une voiture américaine dans la rue, et il y a toujours eu des collectionneurs passionnés par les modèles allant des années 1930 aux années 1980. Lors du grand festival « Route 66 Old Car & Rock 'n' Roll », des voitures emblématiques des années 50 et 60 — Cadillac, Chevrolet, les populaires Ford et, bien sûr, Chrysler — seront exposées côte à côte.

Mais que serait l'événement sans les puissantes Corvette — et surtout sans les *hot rods* et les *muscle cars* surpuissantes qui font battre le cœur plus vite ? Autant d'atouts qui, tout comme les bolides préparés pour la route et le rugissement des moteurs Mustang, font tout le sel de la manifestation. The cult US car event for the whole family!

The story of American automobiles once made its way to Europe via television. You might spot the occasional US car on the streets, and there have always been collectors interested in models from the 1930s through the 1980s. At the big Route 66 Old Car & Rock 'n' Roll Festival, classic cruisers from the 50s and 60s—Cadillacs, Chevrolets, popular Fords, and, of course, Chryslers—will line up side by side.

But what would it all be without powerful Corvettes—and, above all, the hot rods and high-horsepower muscle cars that make hearts race? Just as much as the tuned-up street machines and the roar of Mustang engines do. It is a weekend for enthusiasts of all US car makes.

And, as the website announces:

The first 900 classic cars (model year 1979 or older) with a reserved spot will receive a free festival ticket (including Riverside Concerts).

 Das US-Car-Kult-Event für die ganze Familie!

Die amerikanische Fahrzeuggeschichte schwappte einst über die Fernseher nach Europa. Hier und da sah man auf den Strassen ein paar wenige US-Cars und dann gab es zu allen Zeiten auch Sammler, die sich für die  30er- bis 80er- Jahre-Cars interessierten. Beim großen Route 66 Old Car & Rock'n Roll Festival  werden sich 50er- und 60er-Jahre-Straßenkreuzer, Cadillacs, Chevrolets, beliebte Fords und natürlich Chryslers hintereinander reihen. 

Aber was wäre das alles ohne die starken Corvettes und vor allem jene Hot Rods und PS-starken Muscle Cars die die Herzen höher schlagen lassen. Ebenso hoch wie die getunten Street-Machines und die Sounds der Mustangs. Ein Wochenende für Liebhaber aller US-Car-Fabrikate.

The Street Mag Show is always the ultimate experience for horsepower enthusiasts. Those who attend this event will experience the American way of life on wheels and get a striking picture of the American way of life – from Route 66 and diners to rock 'n' roll.

The "Street Mag Show" is far more than an ordinary car show

This event is a classic homage to American automotive culture, combining nostalgia with modern design. There's an impressive selection of classic muscle cars, rare hot rods, luxury road cruisers, and custom motorcycles to admire, presented by enthusiasts from all over Germany and Europe.

The US Car and Bike Show has been taking place in Hanover for 35 years.

It all began in 1989, and to this day, this show has become Germany's largest US car and bike show. It has achieved cult status.

From July 26th to 27th, the Schützenplatz will be a stage for shiny paint, powerful engines, and the most iconic vehicles from America for a summer weekend.

Individual vehicles will be presented to the public on the show stage. A Show 'n' Shine competition will take place throughout the day, where the vehicles will be judged by a panel of experts.

On Sunday afternoon, the most original and beautiful vehicles from over 20 categories will be honored.

The "Street Mag Show" also features an action-packed supporting program.

There will be stages with live music, stunt shows, a lowrider show, food trucks, and merchandise stands, providing entertainment and variety for the whole family, making it an unforgettable experience.

• a large lowrider show with the best drivers from Germany, France, and Italy,
• a Bobby Car race for the little ones,

Providing the musical entertainment this year will be

the band "Boppin B" from Aschaffenburg: The five full-blooded rock 'n' rollers are celebrating their 40th anniversary this year. The band's infectious energy, passion, and joy for music are infectious and simply fun.

Opening the evening will be "JP King" from Hamburg, with songs from Elvis and Johnny Cash to Buddy Holly and the Stray Cats. With a diverse repertoire and a fantastic performance, he ensures an unforgettable rock 'n' roll event.

The show can be seen from the top at the "Hildesheim Light Ride."

A team of firefighters and paramedics will be on site with a 60-meter ladder.

The proceeds from the rides will be collected for donations for sick children.

In total, the organizers expect up to 2,700 vehicles and approximately 15,000 visitors

Die Show von ganz oben kann man bei der „Hildesheimer Lichterfahrt“ sehen

• Eine Gemeinschaft aus Feuerwehr und Sanitätern, ist mit einem 60 Meter Steiger vor Ort. 
• Die Erlöse für die Fahrten hochhinaus, werden für Spenden für erkrankte Kinder gesammelt.

NEU in diesem Jahr: Am Veranstaltungs-Sonntag, haben nicht nur Amerikanische Modelle die Möglichkeit an der Show teilzunehmen

•  Am 27. Juli können Besitzer aller Oldtimer bis Baujahr 1972, ihr Schätzchen auf dem Show-Gelände präsentieren.

Hanovre. Le Street Mag Show 35e anniversaire aura lieu pour la 35e fois les 20 et 21 juillet 2024 sur la Schützenplatz à Hanovre. Plus de 2 700 véhicules de la scène automobile américaine sont attendus. C'est désormais devenu un événement traditionnel, le populaire « Street Mag Show » sur la place Schützenfest, au cœur de la ville. 35 ans, c'est quelque chose ! C'est la durée pendant laquelle le Street Mag Show se déroulera dans la capitale du Land de Basse-Saxe en même temps que la scène automobile américaine. Tous les amateurs de voitures anciennes, de voitures et de motos américaines devraient s'y mettre, car cet événement culte commence demain. L'or des garages de tous les pays européens est exposé - y compris les ailerons des années 1950, les dragsters, les hot rods, les douanes, les muscle cars, les lowriders, mais aussi les classiques de l'euro et les rares bugs VW et, enfin, tout ce qui a traversé le temps grâce à eux. Il a survécu à son propriétaire et sauveur : parce qu’il était aimé.

L’histoire des véhicules américains s’est autrefois répandue en Europe via les télévisions. Ici et là, on pouvait voir quelques voitures américaines dans les rues et puis il y avait toujours des collectionneurs qui s'intéressaient aux voitures des années 1930 aux années 1980. Lors du grand week-end du 35e événement, des street cruisers des années 1950, des Cadillac, des Chevrolet, des Ford populaires et bien sûr des Chrysler seront alignés les uns derrière les autres. Mais que serait tout cela sans les puissantes Corvettes et surtout ces hot rods et ces muscle cars de grande puissance qui font battre les cœurs plus vite. Tout aussi haut que les machines de rue réglées et les sons des Mustangs. Un week-end pour les amoureux de toutes les marques automobiles américaines.

L’étape de présentation et le concours show’n’shine

Les connaisseurs apprennent toujours de nouvelles choses lors des présentations de véhicules qui durent toute la journée, où les véhicules spéciaux sont présentés plus en détail. Pendant ce temps, un concours est organisé au cours duquel un jury composé d'experts confirmés évalue les véhicules.  Et puis dimanche après-midi, le moment est enfin venu : les voitures américaines les plus spectaculaires et originales de 20 classes seront récompensées.
Spectacle Lowrider

Le populaire spectacle Lowrider avec - disons - des voitures classiques américaines dansantes propose également du divertissement. Cela amuse petits et grands et reste dans les mémoires.

Le plus grand salon automobile américain d'Allemagne aura lieu cette année pour la 35e fois les 20 et 21 juillet 2024.

Hanover. The Street Mag Show 35th Anniversary will take place for the 35th time on July 20th and 21st, 2024 at Schützenplatz in Hanover. Over 2,700 vehicles from the US car scene are expected. It has now become a traditional event, the popular “Street Mag Show” on the Schützenfest square in the middle of the city. 35 years is something! That's how long the Street Mag Show comes to the Lower Saxony state capital together with the US car scene. Anyone who loves vintage cars and US cars and motorcycles should get going, because the cult event starts tomorrow. There is garage gold from all European countries on display - including tailfins from the 1950s, dragsters, hot rods, customs, muscle cars, lowriders, but also Euro classics and rare VW Bugs and, well, everything that has passed through time thanks to it It outlived its owner and rescuer: because it was loved.

The US car cult event for the whole family!

American vehicle history once spilled over to Europe via televisions. Here and there you could see a few US cars on the streets and then there were always collectors who were interested in cars from the 1930s to the 1980s. At the big 35th event weekend, 1950s street cruisers, Cadillacs, Chevrolets, popular Fords and of course Chryslers will be lined up one behind the other. But what would all of this be without the powerful Corvettes and especially those hot rods and high-horsepower muscle cars that make hearts beat faster. Just as high as the tuned street machines and the sounds of the Mustangs. A weekend for lovers of all US car brands.

The presentation stage and show’n’shine competition

 
Connoisseurs are always learning new things at the all-day vehicle presentations, where special vehicles are presented in more detail. During this time, a competition is running in which a jury of proven experts evaluates the vehicles.  And then on Sunday afternoon the time has finally come: the most spectacular and original US cars from 20 classes will be awarded prizes.

The popular lowrider show with - let's say - dancing US classic cars also provides entertainment. This amuses young and old and is remembered.

Hannover. Die  Street Mag Show 35. Jubiläum findet am 20. und 21. Juli 2024 zum 35. Mal auf dem Schützenplatz in Hannover statt. Erwartet werden über 2.700 Fahrzeuge aus der US-Auto-Szene. Sie ist inzwischen bereits eine Traditionsveranstaltung, die beliebte „Street Mag Show“ auf dem Platz des Schützenfestes in Mitten der Stadt. 35 Jahre sind schon was! So lange kommt die Street Mag Show zusammen mit der US Car Szene in die niedersächsische Landeshauptstadt.

Das US-Car-Kult-Event für die ganze Familie!

Die amerikanische Fahrzeuggeschichte schwappte einst über die Fernseher nach Europa. Hier und da sah man auf den Strassen ein paar wenige US-Cars und dann gab es zu allen Zeiten auch Sammler, die sich für die  30er- bis 80er- Jahre-Cars interessierten. Beim großen, 35. Eventwochenende werden sich 50er-Jahre-Straßenkreuzer, Cadillacs, Chevrolets, beliebte Fords und natürlich Chryslers hintereinander reihen. Aber was wäre das alles ohne die starken Corvettes und vor allem jene Hot Rods und PS-starken Muscle Cars die die Herzen höher schlagen lassen. Ebenso hoch wie die getunten Street-Machines und die Sounds der Mustangs. Ein Wochenende für Liebhaber aller US-Car-Fabrikate.

Die Präsentations-Bühne und Show’n’Shine-Wettbewerb

 

Immer wieder Neues lernt auch der Kenner bei den ganztägigen Fahrzeugpräsentationen, bei welchen besondere Fahrzeuge genauer vorgestellt werden. Während dessen läuft ein Wettbewerb bei welchem eine Jury ausgewiesener Fachleute die Fahrzeuge bewertet.  Und dann ist es am Sonntag-Nachmittag schließlich soweit: die Aufsehnserregensten und Originellsten US-Cars aus 20 Klassen werden prämiert.
