Munich - Oktoberfest. Since yesterday, beer has been pouring and partying to the max! It was the hottest Wiesn start ever! With temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius, the world's largest Oktoberfest finally kicked off yesterday in Munich. On the first Saturday of Oktoberfest, the tents were packed, as expected! The music created a Bavarian festive atmosphere... and there were also celebrities smiling for the journalists or even just for their own TikTok accounts. Among them were Thomas Gottschalk, Jürgen Drews, Florian Silbereisen, Heidi Klum, and Tom Kaulitz with his brother. World star Drake appeared in denim overalls in the Schützenfest tent (by Gucci, of course, and with traditional socks), Lilly Becker, Katja Krasavice in a glitter dirndl, Simone Thomalla, Claudia Roth, and what would a Wiesn be without this year's 92-year-old Franz, Duke of Bavaria? We were at the Oktoberfest on the first day... and at 5 p.m. we walked across the Theresienhöhe to the Bavaria...

From Theresienhöhe, you can see how close the city center is to the Wiesn

Behind Kuffler's wine tent, Rischart's delicacies, and the Alpina Bahn, the towers of the Frauenkirche, the town hall tower, and the Alte Peter church rise up.

At the back and sides of the Wiesn tents, there are beer gardens that accommodate guests even when the tent is overcrowded - here, the beer garden of the Hofbräufest tent.

Colorful, loud, and fun—that's what Oktoberfest in Munich is all about. From the Ferris wheel on the first day, you could enjoy a view over the city and towards the Alps.
