ADAC – Schauinsland Klassik 2026 – The vintage car rally through the Southern Black Forest

July 31 and August 1, 2026: The 19th Schauinsland Klassik (ENGLISH, DEUTSCH, NEDERLANDS, FRANÇAIS)

Freiburg im Breisgau. Vintage car enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the event and looking forward to Friday, July 31, and Saturday, August 1, 2026, when the "Schauinsland Klassik" vintage car rally winds its way through the Southern Black Forest for the 19th time. Over 120 historic automobiles are expected—finest "garage gold," cherished, maintained, and driven with pride. The exciting route, offering plenty of visual variety, begins and ends at the Freiburg Exhibition Center. Participants will set off in their magnificent machines on both days of the event, culminating on Saturday, August 1, at 3:00 p.m., when they are cheered on by vintage car enthusiasts and model vehicle fans as they cross the grand finish line.

Freiburg Vintage Car Rally 2026 – Last weekend of July

Event Director Karl Wolber of the Freiburger Motorsport-Club e.V. has selected a route through the Southern Black Forest that includes the legendary Schauinsland hill-climb course.

The First Leg

On Friday, July 31, following the start in Freiburg, the first leg will lead to Breisach am Rhein and then via Wittlingen to Münstertal. Upon arrival at the finish line in the evening, fans will be waiting at Freiburg’s Münsterplatz (Cathedral Square), set against the picturesque backdrop of the Freiburg Minster.

The Second Leg

The journey continues on Saturday, August 1, with a 250-kilometer route. The drive goes through Münstertal again, continuing to Grafenhausen and Waldkirch. In the afternoon, the ceremonial awards presentation will take place at the finish point: the Freiburg Trade Fair grounds (Messe Freiburg).

Sunday features the big
"Vintage Car Meet for the Whole Family"

Vintage car clubs, private owners, and enthusiast associations...

... showcase their automotive treasures, talk shop, and learn plenty of new things about these classic "garage gold" vehicles. There is a wide-ranging program of events.

The ADAC Experience World is all about mobility. There are Bobby Car and bicycle courses for the little ones, racing simulators for motorsport fans, and a fantastic music program to top it all off. The band Orange GuGu will entertain the audience while they enjoy food and drinks.

Sunday, October 12, 2025, - "Seeing the Ten Lakes" is the name of the game when the daredevil drivers cruise through the landscape in their timeless classic cars (English, Italiano, Français, Deutsch)

Munich - Bavarian Uplands and 10 Lakes. Classic Car Sunday, and the sun is shining in the Bavarian Uplands, what could be more beautiful than cruising through the countryside in a vintage car? The Ten Lakes Tour will hit the road for the 16th time on October 12, 2025. The field starts at 9:00 a.m. from the Germering town hall. Traditionally, the route travels through the green-gold landscape past deep blue lakes and the impressive Alpine panorama. While the runners in Munich are running the marathon, the Garagengold is cruising across the country. This is fun, enjoyment, and culture, according to the organizers.

All lovers of garage gold will be rolling through the Bavarian Alpine foothills past the Great Blue Lakes for the 16th time.

This Sunday, approximately 220 km will be covered. The route will be exciting for both the cars and the drivers with skill and consistency tests, tricky questionnaires, and other challenges...
