Munich. Hurray, the legendary British hard rock band Deep Purple will strike again in the Olympiahalle in October 2024. We can't wait for frontman Ian Gillan and drummer Ian Paice to really heat us up live again on October 23rd with their "1 More Time" tour. Its effectiveness has hardly diminished for a good five decades. Their “Smoke on the Water” is considered the national anthem of rock history, and not just in the beginning. The hard rock heroes will bring our hearts back into shape so that we can get a good pulse again... :-)) We hope that "1 More Time" is just a title!!! ... and not the last concert in Munich....

Deep Purple 2024 - The rock legend

Hard rock history and loyal fans remember the year 1973, when Deep Purple, the first band ever, rocked the Olympic Hall after the Summer Olympics in 1972 with the title “Smoke on the Water”. And they always enjoyed coming to Munich, 14 times in 50 years.

In 1975, Deep Purple were included in the Guinness Book of Records as the “loudest pop group” in the world.

Deep Purple 2024

Deep Purple 2024 is frontman and singer Ian Gillan (* 1945), the legendary bassist (* 1945), the keyboardist Don Airey  (* 1948) and Ian Paice (* 1948) on drums for the incomparable rhythm. For Steve Morse (*1954), who stopped in 2022, we see the Irishman Simon McBride (born 1979) on guitar.

 

The Olympiahalle in Munich will be in 2024 with

München. Hurra, die legendäre britische Hard-Rockband Deep Purple schlägt im Oktober 2024 in der Olympiahalle wieder zu. Wir können es kaum erwarten, dass am 23. Oktober Frontmann Ian Gillan und Drummer Ian Paice uns live mit ihrer "1 More Time"-Tour wieder so richtig einheizen. Seit gut fünf Jahrzehnten hat ihre Schlagkraft kaum nachgelassen. Ihr „Smoke on the Water“ gilt nicht nur in den Starten als Nationalhymne der Rockgeschichte. Die Hardrock-Helden werden unsere Herzen wieder auf Vorderman bringen, damit wir wieder ordentlich Puls kriegen ... :-)) Wir hoffen, dass "1 More Time" nur ein Titel ist!!! ... und nicht das letzte Konzert in München ....

Die Rock-Legende Deep Purple

Die Rock-Geschichte und treue Fans erinnern sich an das Jahr 1973, als Deep Purple, als erste Band überhaupt, mit dem Titel „Smoke on the Water“ nach der Sommer-Olympiade - 1972 - die Olympiahalle rockte. Und sie kamen immer wieder gerne nach München und zwar 14 Mal in 50 Jahren.

1975 wurden Deep Purple als "lauteste Pop Group" der Welt in das Guinness-Buch der Rekorde aufgenommen.

Deep Purple 2024, das ist Frontmann und Sänger Ian Gillan (* 1945), der legendäre Bassist Roger Glover (* 1945), der Keyboarder Don Airey  (* 1948) und für den unvergleichlichen Rhytmus Ian Paice (* 1948) am Schlagzeug. Für Steve Morse (*1954), der 2022 aufhörte, erleben wir den Iren Simon McBride (Jg. 1979) an der Gitarre.
