Whitsun weekend in Munich brings a big party to the "Olysee": Located by the Olympic Lake within the Olympic Park is a lake stage situated inside a semi-circular amphitheater—a venue capable of holding nearly 2,000 spectators—known as the Theatron! Every year, this amphitheater by the Olympic Lake draws visitors to the Olympic Park for the free Theatron Whitsun Festival. It features a fantastic open-air festival showcasing bands and solo artists from Munich and the surrounding region. This weekend, the program includes a fresh lineup of bands performing each day.
